Beautiful property in excellent condition. The backyard pool is wonderful, we used it every day. Close easy drive to the beaches. Very convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Quite neighborhood, Great for morning walks. Owners were very responsive and eager to insure our stay was great.

This home has the best location; restaurants, beach, Irish pubs and country clubs were no more than 15 minutes away. We only can leave our dog for 5 hours so this saved us miles of to and from time. The host was very accommodating plus the house was very clean. We had a great time.

We had an incredible week with the family! We were all able to bring our pups and enjoy the time together! Just a short drive to the beach! We would love to come back again! Thanks for the beautiful pool and yard!

The owners were fantastic! We were staying there for appointments at Mayo and they worked with us on the scheduling at arrival and checkout! When a problem arose they were more than accommodating. The main floor was open and easily accessible with nice amenities such as walk in shower and coffee bar.The backyard for our dog and pool with the waterfall was also a great feature! Very relaxing after a stress filled day, for ALL of us.The best part for us was how close we were to Mayo. It was nice to be able to go back to the house during long breaks instead of having to stay at the clinic.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, clean, comfortable, and truly pet-friendly, which made traveling with our pets so easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect for our needs, especially being so convenient to the Mayo Clinic.The property owners were wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and excellent communicators from start to finish. We really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating they were, and it made our stay even better.Everything about the property was exactly what we hoped for, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily stay here again and are already looking forward to returning! We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, comfortable, and pet-friendly place to stay.

It was a very nice stay. We enjoyed the house with all the amenities one could possibly imagine. The saltwater pool was so appreciated and provided so much fun and relaxation.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was well appointed with everything we needed. The pool was a wonderful feature and we were in it every day. The property was close to everything we did. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

Weekend get away

House was great for our family. Loved the pool and corn hole. Location was nice for where we wanted to go. Cons: master bathroom was tiny, hard to flush toilet.Would stay here again.

Everything you need without leaving the house.

House was as described and it was nice to have the private pool and fenced yard. We loved being able to bring our fur babies.

We had a marvelous time at this home!!! Everything was clean and orderly. Plenty of towels and items for the pool and beach. My only recommendation would be a crockpot and a few more kitchen items. Truly appreciated the convenient location to the grocery stores and fun attractions.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was as pictured. The pool was maintained, but the weather was not cooperating for us to enjoy it. It looked great though. Highly recommend this location.

The home was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for cooking. The pool was clean and the waterfall was very relaxing when outside to listen to. The yard was great as we had our two labs with us and we couldn’t have asked for an anything better for them. The multiple fire pits were an added bonus and we enjoyed the use of both of them. The host Fernando was very responsive when we requested to extend our stay. I highly recommend booking this home if you are coming to town, you won’t regret it! Thank you for a great stay and we will be booking again with you.

Loved the big fenced in yard. Great neighborhood. Close to lots of stuff. Pool would have been great if it was warmer weather. Access and ability to use the garage was great. Overall really nice, especially if you have dogs. Cons...The downstairs bathroom shower did not get hot and a couple light bulbs out in the upstairs bathroom.

Came on a work trip along with my two pups. Such a convenient location and lots of thoughtfulness in the property for being pet friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool!!! Comfy bed!!! And hosts are super attentive, reliable when we really needed them!

As a family of 5, it's hard to find a place that checks the boxes for everyone, but this one did! The house is perfect and cottagey, the pool is amazing, the back screened in porch was perfect for watching the kids swim while relaxing or in the mornings with coffee and a book from Erin and Fernando's little library. Book your stay with them, you won't regret it! 10 out of 10!

This may be the best VRBO house we have ever stayed at. Not only was the property clean but it was also very accommodating including pool/beach equipment that was in great shape (not rusted, outdated, or broken like most houses). So many thoughtful touches like blankets/towels for dogs, access to garage, coffee/tea, and bottles of water. The location is perfect for appts at the Mayo Clinic as well as a short drive to the beach. The house is honestly everything we could have wanted/asked for. We would never stay anywhere else if/when we return to Jacksonville. Perfect spot for a dog due to fenced in yard and multiple exits to the yard. The screened in porch is a huge bonus for humans and canines alike!
