The Space:
Experience the charm of beachside living with easy walks to local cafes, shops, and landmarks along the coast. Ideal for romantic getaways or small family retreats, this cozy home is just steps from the sand and the vibrant Pier area, complete with restaurants, bars, and shops.
This charming space features a full kitchen with a vintage O'Keefe & Merritt oven, a spacious front yard with outdoor seating, and a daybed with twin beds. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, while a second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a king. The living room and den both feature large 4K Smart TVs, and there’s Spectrum Wi-Fi throughout. Self check-in is available, and a city guest parking pass can be provided with a refundable deposit for street parking.
Enjoy the cozy fireplace, central heating, and window AC units in the bedrooms. Please note that while the home is steps from the ocean, it does not have full AC (except for the two bedrooms), relying on natural cross breezes and fans. No refunds will be provided for heat discomfort, so please consider your comfort level before booking.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll along The Strand, a scenic walking path offering breathtaking ocean views that stretches across the city.

Other Things to Note:
Parking Pass Reminder:
A $100 security deposit is required to secure the parking pass for the Municipal Parking Structure, just 3 minutes (0.5 miles) from the property. Guests have the option to opt out of using this pass. The parking pass will be provided at check-in after the security deposit is received. Please ensure you remove your vehicle Mondays and Fridays between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM to comply with parking protocol. An alternative paid street parking is available during these hours. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the parking pass at check-out, assuming no issues arise.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
Guests must climb stairs to access the entrance and descend to the patio.
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.
We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.
Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
