- No parties of any kind
- Guests are limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation
- No smoking of any kind; A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for any evidence of smoking on the property. This will be applied to remediate if necessary.
- Please note that all pets must be declared at the time of booking. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises during your stay, a fee of $100 will be charged. This is in addition to any standard pet fees that have been previously agreed upon. Thank you for respecting our property rules.
- Guest must be 25 years old or older to rent this property.
- Quiet hours after 10pm - please be respectful of our lovely neighbors!
- Please be respectful of our property - we will charge for replacement of damaged items.
- 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Just reach out to us on the app!
- An additional $100 fee will be applied for any unauthorized pets found during your stay.

The property was exactly as described. We had 12 total 6 over 50 the rat were older teens and young adults. There was never a time that there wasn’t space for everyone. My Mother in Law just wanted to relax and that is what she did. The rest of us spent time at the beach and the pool everyday. Looking a dates for next years family trip.

I want to brag on this host and her quick response time and unwavering desire to make our trip perfect. We had a few unpredictable issues with a couple of the appliances in the house but she had a repair person out immediately to address all the issues. The property was perfect for our family reunion. The layout worked great for us with plenty of room for everyone. The sunset and water views were spectacular from the upper deck and crows nest. The pool was a nice perk for the hot days. The home is conveniently located to a few restaurants and a grocery store, and of course, the beach! The full size washer and dryer also came in handy. I would absolutely rent from this host again in the future. The communication from reservation to checkout was smooth and quick.

The house was clean and beautiful. It was nice that the linens were included. The fact that it rained every day was not the fault of the owner. We did get down to use the hot tub and the pool a couple of times. but we were eaten by mosquitoes. I assume it was because of all the rain they had been having . We had a problem with the refrigerator not working, e-mailed her Sunday and she purchased a new one which was delivered on Wednesday. The coffee pot was missing a lid and she had a new one delivered the same day. Brook, the owner did her best to accommodate us.

The home was amazing and a perfect fit for our extended family. The home was clean and there was ample space for the 13 of us. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The host was quick to communicate. Would definitely stay here again!

House was clean and very nice. Brook was great to deal with answered all the questions I had. She made check in and out very easy. My only complaint is the mattress’s could be a little softer. Other then that the house was very nice and we really liked the lay out.
