Yes the kitchen was equipped for cooking, and we enjoyed the pool area. Only issues was not dishwasher products for dishwasher or cleaning products just in case of a spill. Over all we enjoyed the space. And would visit again!

Definitely will stay again

The pools were warm not too cold. The lazy river was sooo relaxing. Ideal location for families with children.

Great break from the road!

As full-time RV-ers, we needed a place to stay while maintenance and repairs were being done. We wanted a comfortable place with fun things for the kids nearby. This townhouse more than fit the bill with plenty of beds and all the household needs plus the little resort with pools, restaurant, and arcade!

There should be some upgrades to the property. All the toilet seats need to be tightened. One room didn’t have blinds on the window so as soon as the sun came up, I woke up. There’s no hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels or bathing suits. The two spare rooms need ceiling fans as heat rises and there was a limit on the use of the ac. There was a limit on the use of the washer and dryer. There were notes around the place about extra fees if we didn’t abide by rules. We had warnings left on our cars about the way we parked. The sticker they used left adhesive on the window. We did not feel at home as I was worried there would be extra charges or fees for not abiding by the rules. The place didn’t stay cool throughout the night and we were hot each night. But scared to touch the thermostat. We definitely will not be back.

FALLING APART, HAZARDOUS, HOST KNOWS AND REFUSES REFUND

At first appearance the property looks clean and nice. But after looking under the beds, in the showers, and in the drawers we found it was not fully cleaned. The kitchen cabinets have no handles which makes it extremely hard to open them. After a few days at the property the ceiling in the living room began leaking water onto the tile floor. We had a two week reservation, we left part way in middle of our reservation and booked a stay else where after informing the host and VRBO. Neither of which offered another place to stay. I requested a refund from the host as the ceiling leakage posed a danger to my family. The host quit responding as soon as I requested a refund. Pictures are below, avoid this property or any managed by this host or it's company as they do not perform adequate maintenance and will rent places that are clearly a danger to the public then act as if they did not know. Though as I told them, the peeling paint and degraded plaster on the ceiling say otherwise. This is clearly a long standing issue of which they have neglected to repair.
