Great rental property in a great neighborhood. Pool area was an awesome place to hang out. Jose was excellent to work with and we will be staying again when available!

This house had it all! Host was not only very helpful and communicative but gave us great info on the area. Pool was clean and was perfect for the hot week we stayed. House was well kept and extremely cozy. The location has you just a short drive from everything, couldn’t ask for a better location. I hate I can’t rate this property and owner higher than a 10/10… we will definitely be coming back!

This sas one of the nicest homes we have stayed at in this area. The house was well stocked and the host was very nice and responsive. A short drive to the beacn and nice neighborhood.

We take pride in our service, attention to detail, and our home. Our neighborhood is the best one in the Bradenton beach area, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and obviously the beach. This home was very well equipped and nicely furnished. Lots of beach toys and beach chairs. Our family made good use of the heated pool. We would love to return.

Jose was very attentive with all the details. When we got there it was extremely clean, and everything we could’ve needed on our trip was provided. There were tons of beach toys for our kids to play with. We had a minor issue but Jose was on top of it right away and helped us out. We will for sure be back!

Welcoming home

Our family of 8 RSVP for 5days. Jose was always a text away. The house was ready for us before we expected. When we arrived, we were in loved with how charming and clean everything was. Since we flew in we had no beach items and were surprised with a cooler, beach buggy, beach toys(we didn’t need), beach towels, beach umbrellas(didn’t need), and beach chairs. This was such a relieved. Most kitchen items were in new conditions and easy to find. Pool and deck area was so much fun for the teenagers. They immediately jumped in the pool to cool off. It was hard to get them out unless we were heading out. The welcome basket was such a sweet gesture. We have saved the house in our app and will definitely consider visiting again. Thank you for sharing your house with us. It is a beautiful decorated house and very clean. Nice quiet well maintained neighborhood..The house is well stocked. You thought of everything. It is close to stores and restaurants and a easy short drive to the beach. We loved the pool, spent everyday day and night in it after the beach. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation with our family. Thanks again for being such a good easy host to work with. Would love to come back. Didnt want to leave.

Tina: We certainly have a jewel for a home, between the central location, the neighborhood, its size, home decorations, and the large pool enclosure, all combine makes it a great atmosphere to enjoy our Florida sun and weather. We understand that you are away from home, so we really try hard to ensure a stress free environment by providing everything you may need. As we say, just show up !!!
