Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom, 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen includes all the basics for cooking, as well as a dishwasher. The bedroom has 2 full extra-long size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There are air-conditioners in the bedroom and living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is an in-unit washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the condo, and there is a smart TV with cable.

A Birder's Retreat

This was my third annual stay at the condo. It is perfectly located for the birder who loves the challenge of photographing spring warblers at the peak of their migration. I'll be back next May!

My wife & I really enjoyed the property, very clean and not cluttered. All items on hand for your comfortable stay and the owners were more than happy to answer my questions about the area and fishing opportunities. Great place to stay for Port Clinton & CedarPoint visits.

I loved this condo! The porch looked over the canal so you could watch boats come in and out. If you had a boat you could even dock there which I thought was nice. Chris and Dawn did a great job on communicating with me. I would stay there again without hesitation.
