This charming beachfront unit is right across from the ocean! There are 5 units in the complex, and they all share a patio area, deck, and semi-private beach. Each of the units has a full kitchen with all cookware and utensils, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. After sunbathing in the sun all day, you can crank up your wall ac unit that is available within this specific property.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Enjoyed this condo

We stayed in Unit 1 it was great. Everything there you needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great view of the ocean and watching the morning surfers. I’m a beach walker so was disappointed that couldn’t walk the beach, water was always right up to rocks. Great place we hope to return some day. Parking on the street was never a problem.

Great view

The bathroom could use an exhaust fan, it get very stuffy and the toilet paper holder needs to be replaced it’s rusted.

Great 35th Anniversary

The place is a perfect little rental right on the ocean. We spent 8 nights in it for our 35th anniversary and perfect. It was great having our own area to hang out all day. The sound of the waves and cool ocean air were amazing. We had a couple of maintenance issues and Beachfront took care of the issues immediately. I highly recommend staying in this cottage.

Weekend Getaway

View is best part. Anniversary weekend and No HEAT when arrived, not fixed till following afternoon after another message sent. Place could of been cleaned up better #1 border falling down sand washed away from gate. Not enough parking.

What a view!

Cozy place right on the sand. Fully stocked kitchen made food prep easy. But even easier was the coffee shop walking distance of the apartment. Loved it!

A slice of heaven

We stayed in a middle unit a few years ago and decided to take a last minute trip here to see family. We moved from carlsbad to AZ so we love this location and to be on the sand and view the water is heaven. When you have lived near the ocean, you do understand what the salt air does to property so just understand the property is not rusty, it's just been kissed by the ocean air.

Love this place

Finding somewhere right on the beach is gold dust! Remember nothing is perfect, the air con unit is in the main room and the bedroom doesn't cool down enough. However, the management company are super nice, the location is to die for and I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Beach views

Was very nice. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom looks very nice. Close walk to the pier. Very relaxing. Checkin/checkout process super easy. Second year booking. Will be back next year.

FANTASTIC & AFFORDABLE OCEANFRONT RENTAL

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed this cozy oceanfront rental during the weekday offseason. There was plenty of street parking. The location is far enough away from the noisy strand/pier, but still close enough to ride your bike or walk to. Can't get any closer the ocean! In that area, it's very important to have a private beach area because they have a lot of high tide days when you can't walk on the beach. This unit had it's own generous beach area, where the other units have to share a smaller area. The rental had everything I needed. It was clean. Beachfront Only communicated very well & even offer a texting feature for assistance during your stay. I would rent this affordable location again. My family stopped by one day and loved it as well.

October 2021 Stay

The interior was very clean, we had a great time would definitely come back. The only issue was the private beach area. Someone left a shoe and two piles of dog crap I had to clean up the first night. The cleaning crew should pay attention to it, and a quick 5 minute rake of the sand would look a lot nicer. The propane fire pit knob doesn’t work, the only way it works is by turning the propane tank valve on and off.

{NEVER STAY AGAIN} - "NOT SO COZY BEACHFRONT RENTAL"

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I originally booked my reservations on 8/17/2021 it was for the location P807-1 Oceanside St. (Res Conf #RES-50520).The office called me a day later and said the reservation for this location would be under construction from the owners of the property at the time of our stay. So, we would like to upgrade you into 1615-1 Oceanside Street. At that time, they asked me to pull up the attachment to see it, said it will be no extra charge, and the price would be the same as my original reservation. At the time of our arrival, which was the evening around 6PM on 9/23/21, we were extremely disappointed. The advertisement showing the rooms you have online is nothing like the place we were upgraded to. I would hate to see the original place I was going to stay in if this was an upgrade. The upgraded place in the advertisement was very colorful and looked modern and newly furnished. We were pleased that everything was clean and in order though in the upgrade. The smell and the appearance went hand and hand; old and used. Our neighbors at the condo expressed their disappointment in their accommodations as well and they asked us if we were misled by advertisement because it's not what you think you’re getting. Here’s what we experienced insteadA. The shower should have had a better shower curtain that wasn’t flapping and spraying water over the entire bathroom floor. I did mention this situation in the text I sent you. I also I texted you several times on different matters. I thought I was keeping an open communication. But I didn't get a reply on the curtain situation.B. Our bed was as hard as a rock. Our bodies were sore each day sleeping in it. Not acceptable at all and they need to dispose that bed.

Perfect for Us

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was casual and homey! It is the perfect ocean casita. The bed was comfy and the couch pull out was pretty comfortable but only had sheets. The windows had a screen missing and the other one was falling apart. The barbecue did not work, and was replaced late our first night after we made other arrangements to Grill our food. The tides were not in our favor. You could not access any beach(even at low tide) but my nephew enjoyed the sand on the property and the waves and the view were beautiful. There were a few issues that came up which could of/should have been addressed before we checked in. When alerted, Beachfront offered to send someone out but we were only there for 4 nights and did not want to take the time to wait. Take that time.

A fun stay but not as Advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We mainly wanted to stay here bc it was beach front and we got our own private beach. The private beach was trashed when we got there due to the waves. We understand that was outside of their control but they could have cleaned it up before we arrived. Also there is absolutely NO SAND, just rocks and cobblestone by the beach access. Literally, a complete opposite of the pictures they posted. When I complained they said I didn’t read the fine print. To my understanding, due to climate change, there is never sand down by that beach at that location anymore. They really need to update their pictures. Other than that it was nice and my kids had fun despite not being able to play beach front like we originally hoped.

Fun at Oceanside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have so enjoyed our stays at the BeachFront property, we have returned to the same location for 6 years. The condos have been clean and well maintained. The thoughtful touches were noticeable. The ability to cook (haha as if, it’s vacation!) and stock the refrigerator was great. We also thought it had everything we needed; location, YouTube tv & WiFi.It is right on the beach. There is a shared beachy/sand yard and also a private one. Though small it is, the real beach lies just beyond it. The amount of beach depends on the tides but the crashing wave are nice to experience at night. The only thing I can think of that was needed was ceiling fans and a upgrade on the bed mattress.
