Great time in Puerto Rico

Enjoyed our visit in Puerto Rico. Property is in a great location and centrally located to many great sights in PR. The beach access and many pools were terrific!

Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Loiza! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking and the accommodations were perfect. It was a very comfortable place for our family to stay, especially with AC in every room. This is definitely going on our list of places we'd stay again!

Aquátika by the ocean

My family and I had the best time staying at this property! It was well located (near the ocean), decorated nicely, clean and had accommodations for the pool. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and in this unit.

A great place to relax and explore the area

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Aquatika is a great, low-key place to relax. We enjoyed playing in the five pools and at the private beach, and did several day trips to the El Yunque forest, San Juan, Luquillo and Fajardo.

Relaxing

A great place to stay with family. Both beach and pool next to building and rental came with lots of extras. Could stay on site the whole time if you don't want to explore island and just relax.

The property itself is excellent, quiet, with pools and beautiful blooming trees, the beach is excellent. It is so good for family or for those people, who likes just rest. And there are other beaches, quiet, shallow, clean water, scenic views, all around and not far away.

Family Vacation Success!

Condo was very comfortable. Everyone in our party truly enjoyed it. The condo was in a good area where you can get to food and entertainment within minutes. Definitely will stay again!

Enjoyable Comfortable Stay

The place is just as described. The communication was excellent and the grounds were beautiful, right next to a beach and pools and hot tub! And plenty of grassy area for kids to play and run around. My family had a great time here. And we found the distance to most attractions reasonable to drive to.

Great week

The place is very well maintained and the furnishings are very comfortable. The view of the ocean on one side and the view of the pool and grounds on the other side were beautiful. The grounds were immaculate. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything you could want at your fingertips

Such a fantastic place to unwind. Upstairs patio was our favorite, weeknight sitting around and talking about the day

Great stay!

The property itself was a short walk to the ocean and multiple pools. The entire property was gated with a security guard to get in and out. The rooms were comfortable with AC in every bedroom. The patio was large and wonderful for playing cards at night under the stars.

Beautiful Views

Was a wonderful stay. Condo was fully stocked! Grill on the roof. Everyone in the area was friendly! We will 100% be coming back! An easy 5 stars!

Decent Stay

Property and Complex were as advertised. Great location as advertised (3min Walk to the beach). beautiful facilities. Would recommend this place, however:Unfortunately, the area was not great nor safe. Locals were very friendly, however. Wouldn't book again personally due to its location.

Close to Paradise

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay in Loiza. The condo is perfectly located right on the beach with spectacular views from every angle. The beach and pools were lovely. The condo is located in the perfect spot to visit old San Juan or El Yunque or the bioluminescent bay. Grocery stores and a huge mall are close as well. Do not waste your money staying anywhere else- you will not be disappointed here.

Christmas vacation

We just got back from a week long relaxing stay! The condo is clean, and well equipped with all the cooking and grilling needs. We spent lots of time on the beach just steps away from the condo. We enjoyed evening drinks on the deck! The grounds are nice and well kept. The pools are nice and the hot tub is great! Cathy was very attentive.

Beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for us. We were grateful for the extra bedding and towels that were available. We loved the rooftop patio. We felt safe within the complex and enjoyed many of the amenities. We appreciated the recommendations left on the reviews and booking site. It was great! We definitely recommend and would stay again.
