Make yourself at home in this 1-bedroom Greenville retreat. This superb apartment features a cozy queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with all the equipped essentials. With amenities including washing machine/dryer, WiFi, and AC, guests can relax and unwind in style. Enjoy your time in Greenville at our fantastic apartment. 2 blocks from Uptown Greenville's Dickinson Avenue Corridor offers that Eateries, Sports bars and Uptown Greenville shops.
All bedrooms have Outlet/USB chargers on the night stands. The living room end table has a Outlet/USB charger. (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE)
We provide a Keurig Coffee Maker. Please bring your own coffee cups. We provide a single-wash laundry detergent and dryer sheets pack. The exterior lights are Dusk to Dawn lights. The switches have tape on them so they won't get accidentally turned off. Please do not remove.
Guests have access to the entire unit. There is one parking space on site.
If you need extra space, you can park on the street. There is space on the side at the dead-end space. But that should only be for guests visiting for a short stay.
There are 6 other properties on this street if you have a group who wants to be near each other.
