1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo walking distance to the beach. Your vacation rental comes fully furnished, including a queen sized bed, sleeper sofa, and 2 Flat screen mounted tv's, one with DVD player. Kick up your feet and relax on the porch with a view of the canal, or walk to the pool and hot tub. Located DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE clubhouse and pool. Workout at the 24 hour gym or sauna. Or just grab one of our beach chairs, relax on the beach and take in the beautiful waves.
Condo has full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Assigned parking space. Plenty of books & board games for your enjoyment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the exception that there was no hot water available but that wasn't a big deal but otherwise very happy with everything else.

Oh no! You should have called me. I think the shower faucet hot/cold got stuck but all good now. I know you mentioned that you’ll be back so if you do come back, please always call me. I can get everything fixed really quickly.

This last visit was my second stay in 116 bldg 1. This complex is in a convenient location not only to the beach but restaurants. The boat and vehicle wash station is nonexistent even though it is stated in the paperwork. As far as the room, it was well equipped, clean and what we expected.

I am so sorry that the wash station was closed when you were there. Corpus Christi is currently under extremely strict drought restrictions. It will be unavailable for the foreseeable future.

The host was extremely responsive! The only trouble we had was with the dryer, it was not working. She responded quickly and let me know someone would be coming over to take a look at it the next day. Sadly the pool was closed but who needs it when you are 2 seconds from the beach anyway?! The bed was super comfortable! The space was cute and perfect for a small family vacation. My family and I loved how close it was to the beach and other amenities. Could not recommend this condo enough. Would gladly stay here again!

Really loved the property! Everything was awesome no complaints. Thanks for everything. Pool was really nice. However, they had the hot tub set way too hot. Unable to use it due to excessive heat.

Hubby and I went for a weekend getaway for our anniversary- great place to stay for us- weather was crappy but we made the most of the weekend anyways and the room was cozy

Thank you for staying with us and I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. I’m so sorry you were unable to find the check-in instructions in your email or in the app that VRBO sends out automatically two days before check-in. Sometimes you can’t fully depend on technology to do what it’s supposed to do. But I am glad you were able to find my phone number and call me so that we could get it worked out before you checked in. Thank you for leaving the place as you found it and I hope you will return.

Those morning sunrise are amazing. Clear view from the patio. We loved the condo. You had everything including boogie boards.Location was great close to everything we needed. I’ve stayed at this condo before, and after this past weekend, I remembered exactly why I liked it so much. It feels very homey and has everything you need, which makes it easy to just relax and enjoy your stay. The location is perfect too, super convenient to both the pool and the beach. The property manager was great, very communicative and quick to help with any questions. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay, whether you’re by yourself or with kids I’ve done both and had a great experience every time.

The Hot Tub was perfect unfortunatly there was to many kids in the pool so we did not get the chance to check it out

The location was great! Everything we needed was available to us. We met some great guests at the condo during our stay. Here are suggestions- try out Ridleys restaurant, La Palma Mexican restaurant, and The Salty Dolphin for happy hour. In Port A, go to the Sugar Shack for candy and ButterChurn for food.

The communication with the host was excellent. Very nice and clean unit, nicely stocked, in a wonderful location. I appreciated the extra towels. The hot tub was extremely relaxing, too.

Relaxing & pleasant stay

We were pleasantly surprised with the condo, very cute, clean and well stocked with necessities. We would stay here again. Great getaway location, and walking distance to whitecap beach.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are not many places on the island that offer a full sized workout facility, sauna, heated swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills and fishing lake on the premises and are still 0.2 miles to the beach. We consider ourselves lucky to have found this little slice of heaven and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
