Partial Ocean and Lake Views @ Whitecap Beach North Padre Island
Sunkissed Shoreline is fully renovated as of January 2023. This gorgeous one bedroom vacation beach rental on North Padre Island is located off Whitecap Blvd in the beautiful Beach Club Condominium complex. The condo is located on the third floor with stair access. The beach is a short 0.25 mile walk from condo. There is an assigned parking space with additional unassigned overflow parking for vehicles/boats. A vehicle rinsing station to remove unwanted salt and sand, is also located on the property and readily available to guests. Enjoy gated club house amenities, such as: 24 hr. fitness room, heated community swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, and BBQ grills in the family picnic area.

The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with full size appliances and is a great functional space to create meals during your stay. There is a snack bar area with bar stools for the kids or meals on the go as well as a cottage bistro table that is perfect for a couple to enjoy a romantic dinner.

MASTER ENSUITE

Through the privacy door of the bedroom, you will find a serene space to relax after a long day at the beach. Outfitted with a Memory Foam King size bed and Bamboo sheets, a large smart television, a large walk in closet, a window overlooking Lake Padre, and a privacy door leading to the master bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

LOCATION

Sunkissed Shoreline is located in the beach side community of Whitecap Beach on North Padre Island! Grab a fresh juice from Island Squeeze Fresh Juice Bar and Clean Eating before heading out for a day at the beach, or hit the Island Market for some beach snacks and beverages. Take a golf cart ride to Boathouse Grill for lunch by the waterside on Lake Padre. Just around the corner you will discover more restaurants and souvenir shops along the way. Day trips nearby include visiting the Texas State Aquarium, Selena Museum, USS Lexington Museum, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, or catch a baseball game at Whataburger Field and cheer on the Corpus Christi Hooks! Truly, days of fun for all ages!

The condo was amazingly clean and had everything we needed. We were provided towels, cookware, & there was even a washer & dryer. It is real close to the beach and near some great restaurants!

The condo was beautiful, and the view was amazing! We highly recommend this condo. It had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable! It is on the third floor, but the view was worth it. We would definitely be back!

They need to do some maintenance. Deck rail needs fixing. Couch is extremely uncomfortable. We appreciated the lawn chairs and ice chest as we like to spend time at the beach. Bed was comfortable.

Location was great. We walked to beach one day but drove once due to all of our stuff and the beach being packed. The lake was great to catch fish and throw them back. The area was great. It was close to fishing, the beach and the national seashore park. The owners were quick to respond. The pool is nice. It gets packed and is heated, even in the summer, but still was nice to have. The place was cute and had most of the essentials. But, the place itself itself could have used a deep cleaning. There were ants when we checked in on the counter. The next morning there were ants all around the rug. I vacuumed b/c it looked like the ants were going towards crumbs that had not been cleaned under the rug. The sofa has big stains and could use a cleaning. The sofa bed has a banana shape when you lay on it (and we only had about 170 pounds on it). The shower was not supplied with any bath soap so I had to run to the store late at night to buy some (I should have brought my own but I'm used to all the places we have stayed at having at least a starter). The AC cannot go below 72 at night. I tried setting it to 71 but it would just keep getting reset to 72. I get that electricity is expensive so a note above the thermostat would have been nice so I would not have kept trying to fix the temp. I finally looked it up and figured out that it was set to go no lower than 72. Overall, we had a good stay. I just wish it would have been a bit cleaner but things happen.

Great Location

loved the a/c & keyless entry, and the kitchen was easy to work around in. the laundry room was more modern than expected. Over all we had a great time.

Clean, comfortable, short walk to the beach

This is my second visit within a year's time. Its clean and meets our needs plus the balcony view and short walk to the beach make it an extra plus for us. Looking forward to my next visit.
