Really enjoyed our stay in Southwest Harbor, this 2 bedroom was perfect for our family. Liked the location of in Southwest Harbor, it wasn't as busy/crowded like parts of Bar Harbor. It was a perfect launching point for our adventures in Acadia. Kitchen had all the items needed to make us feel at home and communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Comfortable cottage in quiet neighborhood. Well stocked, and great amenities. Had a wonderful time exploring Acadia and the surrounding area.

Nicely updated cozy hideaway by Southwest Harbor. Well-stocked, modern conveniences, perfect size for a small family. A pleasant landing spot after each day’s Acadia adventures.

Family vacation

The house was wonderful and close to everything. My 16 year old loved the loft area. We found the Southwest Harbor area to be wonderful and will definitely stay again.

The cottage was just as described, very clean, fully equiped, great location and nice neighborhood.Marissa was a wonderful hostess I highly recommend her place. We were closs enough to Acadia but didn't have to deal with the congestion of Bar Harbor unless we wanted to. So glad we chose to stay here instead!

Fantastic home and location! We weee able to get around Acadia both to Bar Harbor and the Quiet side very easily.Well stocked kitchen, great towels, and awesome water pressure. The loft/nook was a great space and both bedrooms fit our friend reunion of 4 people perfectly. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Charming Maine Stay

We enjoyed staying in the well-equipped house while visiting the Acadia area. Our teenager loved the loft! Both kids enjoyed the games while the parents enjoyed the backyard space.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little cottage. We enjoyed the thoughtful decor as well as the new loft for reading! The skylights throughout the cottage helped to bathe the house in natural sunlight and brightened each room. The cottage was close to several places to eat as well as the park and Bar Harbor, where we enjoyed hiking and shopping during our 3 night stay. This stay was wonderful all the way around!

This was a cute rental. We enjoyed the games in the living room in the evening. My family appreciated the thoughtfulness of a lot of things stocked - toiletries and coffee bar, that aren’t usually offered at a rental. The whole house was designed with happy vibes - cute places to sit outside with lights, etc.Some things didn’t work - the living room tv didn’t work with the remote (the remote was new bc a previous person took the remote and they had ordered a replacement). The tv would turn on but we couldn’t do anything with it; the jetted tub (breaker was tripped possibly) which took a long time to fill; the caretaker info on the documents wasn’t the caretaker… The host was quick to communicate and provided answers, but she never apologized for anything. The house was behind another house; and a little tricky to find in the dark. The house was dark when we got in, and some of the lights are tricky to find. It was a good location to some places in Acadia. We went to dinner at The Claremont, which was also close.

The location of the house was lovely, and the property has so much potential. But, it was not clean or stocked in the way the listing described. We had to buy our own toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. There was no hair dryer or shampoo as described in the listing. The floors were messy and there were tons of cobwebs. The welcome candies expired in 2023.
