BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: ALL of Driftwood Towers is non-smoking. Breaking this rule can incur a $100 fine.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

HIGHLY recommend 4d for your stat at Driftwood Towers! Also, the special touches left for us by beachball properties were a nice gesture. I would choose them as host again definitely!This condo was very clean . Had everything we needed and more. As described and perfect!

The property is located in a very central location to all the “tourist must visit” spots, and had a fantastic view of the beach! Our unit was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We definitely would book this location again in the future!

Beautiful Gulf Front view. Easy parking and elevator access, plus a wonderful pool. I highly recommend it!

Overall, we had a great stay. The property was clean, comfortable and as described. The only downsides were that communication with the host was sometimes slow and maintenance entered the property without prior notice, which was a bit concerning. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the accommodations.

Our Condo was picture perfect. Everything that we need was at our fingertips. We had one small issue with the microwave not heating, I notified the host to let her know about the problem and she responded back quickly to let me know that she reached out to the service team. By it being later on in the evening they were able to stop by the next day with a replacement. The communication, host, parking, property were all great. I recommend this property. Thank you.

Room was clean, kids loved the pool. Had a few questions before arriving and during stay manager was very timely in responding. The location was right in the middle of everything with a lot of things within walking distance. The ocean view was amazing! We sat on our balcony and watched the dolphins every morning and got to witness the beautiful sunset every night. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Gulf shores vacation
This condo was an excellent location for our family to enjoy vacation. The view was incredible. We enjoyed the close beach access and restaurants that were walking distance.

This was perfect for my family. The king size bed was super comfortable!!! We loved everything about this place and location!

Great place
Everything was great! The only thing that was missing was washcloths. Being on the beach coverages in sunblock all day and not having washcloths included with the towel selection was horrible. We had to go purchase them. Thanks again.

Love love loved our stay here. Staff was pleasant. Wasn’t super crowded. Bed was comfortable and condo was clean. Beach was easy to access and didn’t have any issue with people being on top of each other even though we can during the busy season. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Great location. We went with another couple, so the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom would make it best for a small family. I recommend it for small families. West beach makes it less crowded, which is a plus for me.

The only thing I would say that they need to do is clean the pool and around the edges and the carpet where the elevator is located on the ground floor needs to be updated. But yes we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay and definitely are saving this for future trips! The host was amazing & reached out and gave us recommendations on places nearby to try out. The place was clean, with a perfect view of the beach. You have to rent the beach chairs by day, 50 a day I think. We brought our own chairs so we didn’t use them. The pool was amazing, the only thing I thought was concerning is one of the other units has a ring camera pointed toward the pool, I found this to be creepy and weird because my very young children were swimming in the pool. I brought this up to the host and they said they were going to bring it to the correct team to handle. Out of our entire stay that was our only concern.
