We had a great stay at Jens cottage. Amazing location, walking distance to the beach and Ocean Mist. Lots of amenities in the neighborhood, I just wish we were there longer!

What a great spot! Walking distance to two beautiful sandy beaches! A short bike ride to a market and a farm stand. Three good size bedrooms and comfortable sitting areas.The property was equipped with everything imaginable. It was a wonderful getaway and I hope to return year after year!

Property was very clean and beautiful. The host was very thoughtful and detailed. Everything you need to feel at home away from home was there. Extremely family friendly! With all the activities at your fingertips no one was reaching for their phone! The area is literally picture perfect! The beach and pond are a short walk away and easily accessible.

Graduation Stay

The house was adorable, roomy, and in a great area! Beautiful view from the deck and everything you need! Highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay!!

Jen was a wonderful host and made our Memorial Day weekend incredible! There was plenty of room for our 6 friends and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck had beautiful views and the house was equipped with lawn games which we enjoyed very much.

Great location, well appointed

We loved our stay! jen was very responsive to all questions. House is well appointed and had thoughtful touches for guests to enjoy their stay. Deck is fabulous and plenty of room for our group of 5. Walk to beach, restaurants and lovely water view. We’ll be back for sure!

We had an excellent time while staying in Matunuck. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and provided lots of helpful information. The description of the property was excellent. The house couldn't have been nicer or more convenient to all the local amenities. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well stocked so cooking was easy. The back deck was so welcoming that you didn't want to come in. The area around the yard offered lots of activities for people of all ages. We can't wait to return next year!

Matunuck is a beautiful place to spend time in the summer. Jen's house was so convenient to the beaches. It was a short and lovely walk to the ramp that led down to East Matunuck State Beach. Matunuck Beach and S. County State beach were quite nearby as well. Jen's place was super clean and had almost everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the quiet ac was a plus on hot days. It was a delightfully quiet neighborhood with a cute pickleball court next door. The Matunuck area is so beautiful with great places to walk or bike to. We had such a great week there- we would have liked to stay the summer!
