We’re very sorry to hear about your belongings being stolen from the short-term storage area. We understand how upsetting this must have been and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate your 5-star review and the detailed feedback. I’m sorry for the early check-in mix-up, the door code issue, and the unannounced maintenance visit while your family was settling in — that fell short of our standards. We will review on-site communication and staff entry procedures to prevent this in the future. Glad the AC was repaired and that you found the unit clean with a great view. We’ve also passed along your concerns about elevator wait times and the garage parking to building management. Thank you for recommending us and for the memories — we hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for staying at TO1103 - The Oasis at Orange Beach 1103. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’m glad the mattresses and initial cleanliness met your needs. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address the issues you reported: the oven door alignment, the dishwasher and washing machine odors, and the dryer performance. We’ll service or replace appliances as needed and review the unit’s update/refresh timeline to ensure the listing reflects current conditions. We’ll also add a note for future guests about parking on the 11th level to help avoid lengthy elevator waits. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
