In the heart of Silver City's Art district. Freshly remodeled with modern updates and many artistic touches. Queen bed in master bedroom. Plus a hide a bed in the sun room next to the living room for a total of 3 guests maximum. Gas stove/oven and a Microwave. Walk 2 blocks to the best coffee shop in town, or 3 blocks to the other best one. The university, galleries, restaurants, gift shops, and a microbrewery are all a short walk away.

Within walking distance to Downtown Silver City area, which offers good restaurants, shopping, and live music. Was able to park in front of house.Nice residence, remodeled with all the amenities you would need.Cute fenced in backyard with nice patio to sit and relax.Overall it checked all the boxes.

For the low price and pet friendly aspect, this was a great place to stay. Close to the hiking trails on the edge of town too!It was clean, updated and had a nice washer/dryer that we were able to use.

Great place to stay in Silver City

Very well equipped squeaky clean and comfy small updated house. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Well-equipped kitchen and house. Nicely furnished and the back yard was perfect for a pet. Location was perfect for downtown walking and for the hiking trails on nearby Boston Hill. We will stay there again on our next trip.

The house was perfect for my husband, myself and our dog! We could walk downtown easily. The backyard was great for our dog. We loved exploring the shops in Silver City and hiking trails.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We used the kitchen for half our meals during our stay. The Spanish tile behind the counter is a nice touch.The house was very close to a local coffee shop with music and pastries. The downtown area was 3-4 short blocks away, so we walked to breakfast, dinner and drinks when not dining in. The host was quick to answer questions that we had. We will be returning

The house was cozy and adorable! Perfect in every way for us! Walked to dinner and yoga and had wonderful adventures in the Gila! The heater had some interesting clanking and knocking but it didn’t bother us!! Made it all the more charming! A beautiful little house

Excellent location, much cared for property. Easy check-in, responsive owners/hosts.I enjoy Silver City very much, and always walk to town on a pleasant shaded street. A marvelous coffee shop is on your way!

I have stayed at this property before. It’s great, both the location and the layout. There were a couple of glitches this time such as no paper towels in the kitchen and the dryer was jammed full with bedding and towels but all in all it was a wonderful stay!
