Excellent place for gathering family together. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and the location is perfectly situated for walking to King St, the metro and the riverwalk area. Highly recommend!

Our group of four girlfriends had a lovely time on our recent girls’ trip. It’s an old house, so there are a few squeaky floorboards, but otherwise we were all very comfortable. The location is great, communication with the host was easy, and we had a wonderful time.

Close to the metro bars, restaurants, and grocery. Lots of space in the house to move about. Rooms as pictured. Cenk responses immediately and is very helpful with questions.

We booked this house for a weekend get away for 5 women. The house worked perfectly with each person having her own bedroom and 4 bathrooms to share. The kitchen, dining table, and living room all worked well for us. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in an hour early. The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood. I would rent the house again.

This was a wonderful home away from home. The house was clean, the kitchen stocked with all we needed to cook our meals, it was in a safe neighborhood close to the metro. We will definitely be staying here again!

Cenk was very accommodating and helpful. The house is older but has been updated and was very clean and nice. We had a very enjoyable family trip there. Would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was a great location which made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. It was easy to get to other locations like DC and Arlington. The host was accessible and very helpful in his communication. I would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful house in a great location. Very clean and nicely decorated.. plenty of space for larger groups. Kitchen was nicely stocked with items for cooking and dinning. Easy access to metro station, restaurants etc. Host is very attentive, good communictor!

Clover Cottage is a gem near Old Town Alexandria! We had an easy walk to the Metro and loved exploring King Street and the many ice cream shops. There was plenty of room for multiple families with more than enough beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is small, but has pretty much all the utensils and dishes you would need. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a charming house in old town Alexandria. Our family stayed with good friends for a visit- a group of 10 (4 adults and 6 children).The house was perfect for our needs- the size and proximity to activities was great. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with supplies and utensils. The host was gracious and accommodating and checked in during the stay to make sure we were comfortable, and even brought us extra space heaters during a winter cold snap! Our family and the family we were traveling with have stayed in a few houses over the years and we all impressed!

Charming Alexandria

My family recently stayed at Clover Cottage because we were in town for a bigger family event nearby. There were 10 of us and the house, which was beautifully updated as well as very clean, gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor which was perfect for my older parents. Upstairs had a room with bunks which was perfect for the 2 teen girls, another bedroom with a queen and a single bed, plus 2 more bedrooms and two baths! We got there early evening on a Friday and decided to walk to the Old Town shops. It was so nice walking the brick sidewalks under the string lit trees on a warm night. There were plenty of people out and about and it was really quite lively. We ended up getting some tasty slices of pizza at Andy’s and then strolled to Jeni’s for some ice cream before we walked back home. It was a yummy night!We got up early on Saturday morning and decided to drive to Waterfront Park and grab a Starbucks (there were many Dunkin’s and Starbuck’s which was perfect for my family). We spent about 30 minutes there as we sipped our coffees and looked around with other early birds and the early morning walkers and runners. It had a beautiful feel and a great way to start the day. The rest of Saturday was spent at a family function in nearby Lorton. Sunday we decided to go into DC and there was free street parking. We took in the powerful and awe inspiring monuments. Clover Cottage was perfect for us! Thumbs up!

Outstanding VRBO. Very clean, very functional. Good for a big family. Prime location with easy Metro and Old Town access. Owner was extremely responsive.
