Welcome to 14D in Princeville, a peaceful 3BR, 3BA North Shore condo in the heart of Princeville. 

Enjoy easy access to Anini Beach, parks, farmers’ markets, scenic trails, and bike paths throughout the area. Surrounded by island beauty, guests may spot albatross, nēnē geese, and seasonal humpback whales. Includes jalousie windows for Kauaʻi’s trade winds, beach gear, parking, pool access, and a relaxed North Shore setting.

TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT

Kauaʻi is known as the “Garden Isle” for its lush, tropical landscape—and that beautiful environment is also home to a variety of insects and other island wildlife. Even with regular professional cleaning and pest-control treatments, guests may occasionally encounter geckos, ants, mosquitoes, roaches, or other tropical insects during their stay.

Many classic Hawaiian properties also feature jalousie (louvered) windows, which are designed to allow the trade winds and natural airflow into the home rather than creating the completely sealed environment of a modern hotel or resort.

We take great care in maintaining and cleaning our properties, but the occasional presence of tropical insects is a natural part of island living and is not necessarily an indication of cleanliness or a lack of pest control.

Beautiful property with everything our family needed for the week. Walk down to the beach or hop in the pool right outside. Very responsive host. Close to everything on the North Shore. Highly recommend it!

This place is fabulous. On a beautiful property, a hidden neighbor to the side that you don’t see or hear and spacious enough for a large group! ACs in every bedroom work very well and beds are some sort of magical memory foam. We really enjoyed our stay.Lots of beach equipment for use, kitchen super well equipped. We had dinner at the Westin one night and walked to the nearby shopping center and hidden beaches.

Our group of 6 adults was super comfortable in this home for the week. No complaints at all. We cooked every night. The kitchen is well stocked with every imaginable item you might need. There is basic salt/pepper/a few spices - I brought some from home. You’ll need oil and butter and condiments (sometimes places have them, this one doesn’t). So many beach items - cooler bags, chairs, boogie boards, towels, some snorkel gear - that was amazing. My bed - master king, was super comfortable - as were the pillows. I’d stay here again for sure. We loved it.

Such a lovely stay with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location. No complaints, highly recommend. Will definitely be booking again!

This was a great place. My family loved it and it was perfect for the 6 of us. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Great location and easy to get to. Great view on the golf course. We were at the beach most of the time and did not get a chance to use the community pool. I would stay here again for sure.

We had such an incredible stay in this home. It's in a perfect location in Princeville and the back patio was so perfect to enjoy a sunset. The home had everything we needed for our stay as well as items you'd need for the beach. Everything was immaculately clean and so comfortable. We had asked to extend our stay a day due to some travel issues and the host was so gracious and helpful. I'd recommend this home to anyone and stay here again.

Loved this place. I hope to be back again. If had to nitpick my only complaints are the entry step should have a light on it because I almost killed myself 2x in the dark. A few of us stumbled. Other condos in the complex so it’s not just an issue here.Our room had the best lanai but it was 2 single beds. Wish it was a queen. That’s the worst I can possibly say about this place. We Loved it!!! Nice and bright, great location. Great hosts. Even met the house keeper who was so cool.(Oh wish the pool had a hot tub)!

Overall, this property is in an excellent location overlooking the golf course with beautiful ocean views from the lanai. It is conveniently located near Anini Beach and Hanalei, which made it a great home base for exploring the North Shore. The neighborhood is quiet, and the condo offers many nice amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and comfortable beds.That said, the property would benefit from a deep cleaning and some updates. After spending significant time and money planning a trip to Hawaii, you hope to arrive at a space that feels clean, fresh, and relaxing. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. The condo was noticeably dusty, the showers had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was black mildew/mold on the shower ceiling, bugs accumulated on railings and windowsills, and the floors did not appear to have been cleaned well.We notified the property manager, who promptly offered to send a cleaning crew. We appreciated the quick response, but by that point we had already unpacked and didn’t want to spend part of our limited vacation coordinating around a cleaning service.One additional suggestion would be to update the beach chairs. Only one chair reclines, while the others are basic upright or camping-style chairs. Providing a few more comfortable reclining beach chairs would be a nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in Princeville. The location is fantastic—just a short walk and distant view to the ocean from the primary bedroom’s lanai—and the entire space feels calm, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect place to relax after days spent exploring the Southside area.There’s so much to do nearby, from scenic bike rides to beaches, walking paths, and outdoor activities, and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy it all, including well-stocked beach equipment. It truly felt like a home away from home.What really stood out was the hosts—they were absolutely amazing. Communication was prompt, friendly, and attentive, and any questions or needs we had were handled quickly and professionally.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Princeville!

This was the perfect place for a family of five. Our children are teenagers, and the location was perfect for them to go on walks, hikes, and explore on their own. We were able to use beach towels and beach set up with all that was included, which was very helpful. We were very close to our favorite beaches as well as restaurants. Being from Texas, the AC was a non negotiable and we were grateful for cool nights in the condo! We would definitely stay here again!
