Everything you need for a great stay. Lovely back yard and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms were large and perfect for our family.

The host was amazing, communication was great and the property was super cute, spacious and the backyard was perfect for soaking up the California sun while we bbq’d.

absolutely loved this house! We were pleasantly surprised how gorgeous, and comfortable, clean it was. Very nice area. close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. We were there only 3 nights, and so sad to leave. Check-in was simple, no problems i will most definitely return. Thanks Vanessa for hosting is. Five stars for sure

Very clean, and comfortable 2bedroom/2bathroom home. Host was quick with responding to our many messages and questions. Was great to have the washer and dryer as well. This is a safe, quiet, and convenient area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The property was so simply but beautifully decorated and had just the right kitchenware and other amenities. The outdoor area was beautifully landscaped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Everything was very clean.

The house was very nice and clean. Only complaints are that the driveway to the house is super narrow, my BMW X5 barely fit. There was a target nearby and the beach was about a 10 minute drive from there.

The house was just as described by the pictures. It was well put together and very clean. The only little thing was we arrived right before 4:00 pm check in and the cleaning people were still there. They were very nice and we agreed to wait outside while they finished cleaning. Other than that we loved our stay, we decided to leave our dogs at home but it would be a great pet friendly property if you had pets. We had our kids (3 years and 8 months) and they did very well there. Beautiful park across the street.the host e mailed me and was very helpful. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Quiet, convenient location

The house was clean and had all of the essentials. It’s in a great location with easy access to Newport and Costa Mesa. There’s a nice park a few steps away and you could easily walk to restaurants and shops from the house.

We loved our stay. The house is located in a great neighborhood. It is close to all the activities we went to. There is parking at the house which is rare in some areas of the city. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We all slept well. There was no city noise. We enjoyed all the beautiful flowers on the property. We had fun drinking our coffee on the patio every morning. Grocery shopping was very close by. I highly recommend a stay here!

My husband and I had a very nice stay at this property in Costa Mesa. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals.The space or ADU in back of the owner’s home was spacious and private enough for us and there was a nice small yard for our pooches. The neighborhood was very walkable with so many good restaurants nearby most of which our host Vanessa recommended. All of our questions were answered promptly. Parking was through a very tight driveway in the back of the home so would be good for a small vehicle but there was always street parking available. The few things we would recommend for this property would be to lower the TV by a foot on the wall, to place a hook to hang hats or leashes next to the entrance, and to place a towel bar in the second bathroom. Another added plus was the washer and dryer which really helped when being away from home for one week. We would definitely recommend this home with ample space and a nice yard with a BBQ grill to enjoy.
