Located at the base of the Koʻolau Mountains, this house is a tropical getaway that offers a gorgeous kitchen stocked with all the appliances, pans, cooking tools, and Kona coffee you'll need. This house has 3 cozy bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, making it perfect for families or friends looking to relax. Enjoy the convenience of 1GB WIFI, a 65-inch Smart TV, a washing machine & dryer, an iron, and a hair dryer during your stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials. Brand new finishes inside and out mean this house is one-of-a-kind. Your only problem will be choosing which beach, waterfall, or food truck you want to visit first. NOTE: Not a "Short Term Rental", The property will be available to the renter for a full period of 29 nights/30 days or more, and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 29 nights/30 days/monthly rental period. Please contact the host for further details on rental stipulations.

February, March, April, September, October & November - $4500 + additional fees.

May, June, July, & August - $6500 + additional fees.

December & January - $8,500 + additional fees

If you do not choose 29 nights/30 days on your request you will receive the starting and ending of your contracted dates of your 30 day booking .

You will be free to come and go with in your contracted date at any point within your 29 nights/30 days.
