The Neighborhood:
Located in a historic 1875 Nashville Riverfront Lofts building, this suite offers unbeatable access to:

Other Things to Note:
- No windows in this suite due to the building’s historic design.
- Due to its historical significance as a row building constructed in 1875, this particular suite does not feature windows. - Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.
- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Great Location and nice room

Prime location

Awesome location. You will not be disappointed if you book this place. Bars, boot stores, coffee shops, and amazing breakfast spots are surrounding this place. Its in the middle of the complex so you dont have the loud music keeping you up at night.Comfortable bed is a big plus too.

Great Location!

Awesome location. Manager very responsive to questions. Very quite, great bed. Nice and dark in the a.m. for late sleeping in! Gorgeous bathroom, however shower water not very warm. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property. Loved being in the middle of downtown.

Property was clean and well maintained. Working with Brittainy was a breeze. There was no hot water for showers in the morning--a definite drawback.

Location is wonderful

Brittney is great to work with. I loved the location on 2nd St. we stayed in the small one bedroom. Was similar to a hotel room but with high end finishes. The only thing is it has no windows. But you are not in your room that often.

Perfect location! Steps away from the best downtown bars and restaurants.

Great experience!! The only downfall is there where no windows in our room. Pitch dark when the lights were off. We didn’t mind but could see others not liking it.

Fun and Convenient

Our stay couldn't have been any more perfect. We booked unit 4 for our honeymoon, it was clean, nicely furnished and over everything the best location we could have asked for! There were several times after walking around to several bars and stores that we could easily just stop at our room and cool down or relax for a bit. Not to mention Brittainy was amazing to work with and even brought us a little bottle of champange to help us celebrate our honeymoon! We will be back again, hopefully soon!!

Location, Locatio, Location

Property was just a few steps from Broadway and numerous restaurants on 2nd ave. Plenty to do and see all within walking distance. Room was very clean and in great shape. Even though it was so close to all the downtown action in Nashville, it was amazingly quiet. The property was easy to access and secured. We picked this property because it was well within walking distances to our favorite restaurant, Demo's. But we found plenty of other places that we now enjoy too. We would recommend this property and are likely to stay there again next year on our annual visit to Nashville.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!

You could not ask for a better location to enjoy the heart of Nashville! We were around the corner from Broadway and Painters Ally, and across the street from cheaper drinks! Not to mention the fantasting restaurants (Another Broken Egg is great breakfast/brunch). The privacy and the security of the place is fantastic. We really apreciated the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom of the one bedroom was larger than we even expected. Only minor issue we had is the guest upstairs kept using all the hot water, but no big deal. Our contact was readily available for any of our questions too. I would recommend to anyone coming to Nashville!

Location, Location, and a great place to stay too !

Arrived and had no trouble checking in and getting to the room. Must be very new, as it still smelled new. Quiet A/C and nice TV and Fridge. Very nice modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed too...Not having a window was a plus when we wanted to sleep late in the am and a nap in the pm. Also having no outside walls made it very quiet... Great little bar next door and everything else just steps away. We walked back to the room several times to grab things we forgot, made it easy and handy. The main foot/bike bridge to cross the river or just gaze at the skyline, just 2 blocks away. Owner, Britani was wonderful to work with. She was responsive and timely. Had a great time in Nashville Downtown !

Best location, and it's quiet!

The location here might worry some as it's at the heart of the honky tonk bars and the streets are loud. However, the apts are set in the interior of the building and thus are very quiet. Also with triple gated security, it's VERY safe. Note that these aren't like traditional rooms as there are no windows. It's a smaller room with a nice private bathroom, however it's really nicely done, and the accommodations despite being smaller I would equate to being close to the offering of the Hutton Hotel in Nashville which is very pricey. The bed, linens, etc. are very good. But the biggest attraction is the location. Plenty of food nearby, all the sights to see, and you still get peace and quiet when you sleep. I work for a company in Nashville and spend 1 week every month here, so I've stayed at many hotels and rooms. This one by far is now my favorite.

Great location for downtown but lots of noise

Perfect spot to stay for quick access to all the bars on Broadway and surrounding area. Was disappointed in the amount of noise in the room from the surrounding bars that lasted until they closed. Mostly the deep bass sound from the drums. Also the foot noise from whatever is over the roof of the room fluctuated between antelopes and elephants overhead. I realize that staying in the heart of downtown you should expect noise but since the prior reviews I read stated how quiet it was I was a little disappointed. Would totally recommend they put in a drop down ceiling with insulation to drown out the foot noise from overhead though. A full length mirror on the door and some door/wall hooks would be great for hanging up coats, bags, and wet towels. Some hand soap in the bathroom would be nice too. The bed was super comfortable and location perfect. Would recommend staying here but be prepared for noise

Exactly what we hoped for!

My husband and I came in from California for a long weekend with a group and initially stayed at a larger VRBO property that accommodated all of us. He and I decided to stay an extra day and wanted to look for something right in the heart of downtown Nashville and stumbled on this little gem. Although the first property was nice and fulfilled all the needs of our group, it didn't come close to not only the convenience of this location, but the absolute comfort of this small but great room. The bedding, for starters, was enough to make me come home and shop for something new. It was the most comfortable sleep I've had in a long time and certainly the best on any trip. Even though it was downtown, because of the set up it was quiet and uninterrupted by the noisy honky tonk fun. Add to that the fact that the minute you step out the front steps, you have your pick of the litter of all the best Nashville has to offer in terms of music, whiskey and food. We truly ended this trip on a high note and were thrilled with this choice. Lastly, Brittainy the property manager was as hospitable and accommodating as you would expect from Southern Hospitality. Nothing but thumbs up for this rental, 5 stars all the way. Thanks for the fun, Nashville!
