Welcome to the Hygge House, a quaint retreat with 60 feet of shoreline on picturesque Little Spirit Lake.

This cabin offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, inviting you to immerse yourself in nature while enjoying cozy comfort and exploring the Okoboji/Spirit Lake areas.

---THE SPACE---
Within this welcoming 1,200-square-foot cabin, you'll discover an inviting interior that exudes the essence of 'hygge'. Elevated ceilings and large windows make the space feel airy and bright, and help bring to focus the intended Scandinavian design inspirations: clean, simple lines, minimalism, and functionality without the sacrifice of beauty.

Completely remodeled from top to bottom, the Hygge House offers ample accommodations. You’ll love the living room where you have clear views of Little Spirit Lake. The living room also features a smart tv, strong Wi-Fi, relaxing sofas, and an electric fireplace. The dining area has built-in benches and a large table to comfortably seat everyone. The stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, Ninja Foodi (with air fryer, toaster oven, broiler, convection oven, and dehydrator functions), refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig Coffee Maker (with provided K-cups and condiments), cooking basics, flatware and dishes, and much more!

Bedroom No. 1 (Primary) has a queen-sized bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress, a closet system, easily accessible outlets with USB charging ports for each side of the bed, and a gorgeous attached bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hairdryer.

Bedroom No. 2 also has a queen-sized bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress, a closet system, and USB charging ports.

Bedroom No. 3 features 2 twin beds, 2 closet systems, a room divider, USB charging ports, and its own mini-split heating and air conditioning unit with a remote for personalized comfort levels.

The main bathroom is straight out of a magazine with a large shower and stocks shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hairdryer.

You'll also find a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer (with provided detergent and dryer sheets), a utility sink, and extra pantry storage.

Grill and host a dinner while watching the sunset over Little Spirit Lake on the back deck with the provided patio table and gas grill. Or, catch up on a good book or glass of your favorite wine while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. The dock is private and only for your use. Little Spirit is perfect for swimming, as the dock features a swimming ladder and bench, or casting a line and hooking some trophy fish!

---GUEST ACCESS---
Guests have access to the entire property. Private dock on Little Spirit Lake. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is no street parking. The public boat ramp for Little Spirit Lake is just a stone’s throw away on the North side of Little Spirit Lake in Minnesota. The public boat ramp for Big Spirit Lake is just as close at either Mini-Wakan State Park or Marble Beach State Recreation Area. There is also a public sand beach, perfect for swimming or tanning within a five-minute walk.

Reminder this property is NON-SMOKING and will be strictly enforced, if not followed, the renter will incur a $3,500.00 cleaning and replacement fee.
No pets allowed.
Prior to check-in, the main renter will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement and provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID.
