Great place and A location. Communication with Host was outstanding and quick. Walk to Modern Rose for breakfast (make a res!) - best breakfast 2 days in a row and outstanding service.

The rental was ok. It is close to everything, kitchen has been remodeled nicely and beds are comfy. This is not a stand alone home, there is a unit directly above so there is some noise. Communications were ok.

Great location. Lovely home. Great setup for two couples. My only "complaint" is that there is no closet in one of the bedrooms, so no place to hang clothes. It would be nice to at least have hooks for hanging stuff. Otherwise it was awesome.

House was just what we needed! There is a bathroom per each bedroom which was very nice. Host was super quick to respond and left a great amount of resources for the area.

The house is walking distance to all the things you want to see and do while in St.Augustine. Place is very quant and cozy with all the amenities you need. The host is very quick to respond with any questions you may have also.

Easy process to book, check in and check out. I appreciated the very detailed information on what would be available to us for paper products, shower items, laundry and dish soap. You couldn’t ask for a better location, so close to the historic area that you could walk easily. For a 2/2 with full kitchen, parking (not on the street) and this location it was well worth it.

Excellent location! Such a short walk to the historic district. Love the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen remodel is tastefully done and the furnishings throughout are perfect. Great communication with the host. Definitely would stay there again.

The house was very charming and location was great. Could walk to the historic district Had a full size pickup truck and there was plenty of parking. House was clean. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. Would stay there again

Great place! Location was perfect to explore St George St and plenty of space for four of us to spread out! We liked the back porch and fire table especially.

The place was very nice, roomy, and clean. There is a driveway with a large parking area in the back. An indoor porch in the front and an outdoor porch in the back with a gas fire and a grill. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The location is right in the heart of the historic district. I would absolutely stay there again.

Property is updated, clean and in an excellent location. Our host was very accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags off before the 4:00 check-in. All in all a very pleasant stay

Great Trip to St. Augustine Historic District

The property was nicer than expected. We had a great communication with the team, a very clean and well-organized property, easy parking access on the property, and the location was perfect. It was right in the heart of the historic district with no need to use the car at all. Everything is walkable. There are loads of good restaurants and sunspots nearby. And it seemed that there was ice cream and waffles on every block!
