Great place to stay. The house is clean, high-end, and we felt very well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

We were thrilled with location and quality of this house. It is quiet and secluded without being far from town. The house is more than adequate for a family vacation, and we would happily reserve this house again.

The whole place was so clean which was nice to arrive to. Enjoyed the outdoor eating area every night on the patio. The en-suite bathroom did have a very squeaky floor around the toilet which others could hear during the night, but we managed to know where it was to avoid the noise. Beds were also very comfortable. Absolutely loved that the kitchen had every appliance/pot/pans that were needed. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

House was as described. Close to the “entrance” of Bella Vista. Well appointed, it allowed us to do hiking, trail riding, and relaxation easily. Shower and hot tub were treats.

The house was perfect for what we needed and hosts were incredibly responsive. When we checked in I received a text whxih was our host who texted a question too ans got an almost immediate response. We had 2 couples and 4 kids between us and the room situation was great. The bigs slept downstairs and the one toddler slept upstairs. Location was easy to find; we were about 17min away from downtown Bentonville which worked for us. Hot tub was great- it was blistering hot but we moved the temp down and it was perfect. We did use the HOA pool - it was about 20 min away from the house which I don’t think we fully understood until getting there, but it was great for the kids to get some energy out. We did go during March so none of the outdoor pools were open- but they looked legit! We also did the HOA mini golf which was super close to the house and right next to a playground which was great once the kids lost interest. Overall we would recommend the hosts and the house. It was perfect for our long weekend in bentonville!

Great experience! The host Kim provided great communication, was easy to work with and very accommodating. The house is great. Looks to be fairly new, was very clean and has lots of room. Huge kitchen island to serve food on. Highly recommended!
