Home was clean and just as described. Host was available via message at all times and quick to reply. Hot tub was in perfect order and we enjoyed the property and quiet setting while relaxing for the week enjoying the multiple golf courses in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, well stocked property that proved a perfect base for our exploration of the surrounding areas of NWA! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would stay there again with no question. Though it was quite hot during our stay the AC would freeze you out so no worries there. The hot tub was a nice touch at the end of long driving days.

A great place to stay for a trip with friends to Bentonville. Clean hot tub, great beds, big kitchen table to play board games. I don't VRBO much so I appreciate the clear communication and instruction. Appreciated the garage for easy loading/unloading bags and keep the car cool. Great neighborhood. We drove so slow just to see the deer and we saw plenty! Bird watching friends enjoyed mornings on the porch.

I camt rave enough about this place. When I arrived I literally saw 2 chipmunks wrestling on the porch, I saw a groundhog, squirrels and 3 baby deers visit the proprty every day. It was whimsical. Easy check in.The house had everything I needed to cook.I felt very comfortable there. I didn't even wanna leave to go on my Ozark Mountain adventures. I'll be back again for sure!

We enjoyed our time there for sure. Loved having the garage for our bikes and easy in and out process. The front door took a little bit to get open because it didn’t have a back light and it was hard to see numbers. Maybe it’s just because we are old. LolThe home had everything we needed except for a fly swatter. Now it does. :)The air conditioner had a hard time cooling down but they had someone in there immediately when we let them know. Beautiful area.
