This townhome was perfect for our beach getaway. It was very clean, well-kept, and the beach location was amazing—just steps away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Great property, right on the beach. Schooners is next to property, so close place to eat or grab a cold drink while at home or on beach. Beach rental company offers chair and canopy setups, or even bonfire for evening on beach. Was nice not to have a long walk to beach or fight over parking, would definitely stay here again.

Great place! The comfort, cleanliness, & communication were all top notch. A great spot for small groups/family. Perfect shaded porch & upper deck for morning coffee, & evening wave watching, & sea breezes. Lots of entertaining people watching. So much going on from your front steps, but quiet as a secluded beach house on the inside. Very well stocked, to just move in, & make it home. We would definitely book this place again if we’re in the area again.

Thanks so much for the review. Great to know you enjoyed your stay and found everything as described. The location is like you stated, fantastic. Directly on the beach and close to everything without being in the congested areas of the beach. There’s nothing like being able to park at your front door and step off the back deck directly onto the beach. It’s easy to enjoy the views from the deck and upper primary bedroom balcony to take in the scenery and awesome sunsets. We’d love to host you all again when you’re in need of beach accommodations. Fantastic!

This is a beautiful townhome right on the beach. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach or sit on the deck and take in the view! The townhouse is right next to Schooners, a fun place to grab a bite or drink.

Panama City Beach Stay

The townhouse was very clean and nice. Location was fantastic! Best beach experience! Rental contact has been great and even asked how was our stay. Will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a family vacation right on the beach with lots of activities to entertain the kids.

Great place, will definitely be back!

We chose this place for the location. We have two littles and the thought of lugging everything out to the beach for maybe an hour of fun (we all know kids get bored and tired very quickly) just didn't sound appealing. This place exceeded our expectations!

Ideal location

This property was a perfect choice for our family of 4. It was located directly on the beach and was so nice to be able to step directly from the private deck onto the beach. It was easy to access, parking was plenty, and it was very convenient to be able to walk to Schooners. Will definitely recommend to others.

This rental exceeded our expectations. We had 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3-12 and there was plenty of space for us.There was a ton of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. We ended up leaving all of our toys as well so we didn’t have to drag them home with us. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again!

Family quality time together

Perfect location, cleaned well. Need more supplies in the kitchen, more sheets and pillows. Definitely more green space for pets.

Spur of the moment getaway!

Booked this property on short notice and you can't be too choosy when traveling with a small dog. We were very happy with the accommodations. You can't get any closer to the beach and the place was super clean. David the owner is a true gentleman and made the process a real pleasure. We plan on renting from him again for our next escape.

Beautiful Property

This property will definitely be on our list to stay again. Beautiful inside and awesome location. Having the beach in your backyard is a must! We had an hour delay upon checking in but everything else was perfect. Communication with the property manager was great.

Perfect place

The only thing that was different was the photos on vrbo. But that was because it had been redone. It was beautiful and very clean. Perfect location and all.

Thanks, the renovation did turn out amazingly well. Updated photos are coming soon. The location is perfect as it's directly on the beach and not in a busy congested area and just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Hope to see you all again.
