This beautiful unit is on the top floor, with views of the ocean from all three lanais. You can't get any closer to the famous Kamaole Beach Park II than this unit! This is the best beach in Maui, with beautiful sunsets every night. Both master suites are equipped with hotel quality king size beds. A full size washer/dryer completes this newly remodeled unit with tile floors, quartz counters and cherry cabinets. A 65" LCD TV in living room with cable and wi-fi internet access is complimentary. 10 stars out of 5. The room was clean on arrival and comfortable for the stay. It's a beautiful property at a great location. The host was super accommodating with instructions for arrival/check in and a great list of things to do and see while on Maui. Definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

Great location and easy access to beach

Family of 6 had a great time. Condo was great, beds were comfortable, AC worked great in all the rooms. Great location and can watch sunsets every night without having to go to the beach. Communication with owner was fast and easy.

Great Place

This property had everything you could think of. Comfy beds, plenty of space, nice size bathrooms and the best views. Close to eating, shopping and rental places. Centrally located for all day trips around the island. Don't pass this place up because you will not find a better spot! The staff around the rental was super friendly as well.

Host forgot we were coming and didn’t schedule a cleaning. We waited 30 minutes after check in calling host to finally let us in.Place had small bugs all over the kitchen counters and cabinets.

This was a very unfortunate situation. I did indeed have a schedule mix-up and as soon as Joe called I made sure he was able to get in the unit. I contacted my cleaner immediately and she was there with another cleaner within the hour and got everything prepared. Of course I waived the cleaning fee and checked back with Joe to make sure everything was good. He didn't mention anything about the small sugar ants, which are common in a tropical area; otherwise I could have contacted the management office for a supplemental treatment. I have been renting two units since 1998-1999 and this has never happened before. I feel horrible about it and expressed my deepest apologies to Joe. I guess I'm only human. Joe and his family were terrific guests and I'd certainly recommend them to other hosts.

Sooo close to the beach!

Great location, Beautiful kitchen space. Owner was very easy to talk to. Gave every reassurance possible to support comfort levels while renting through an internet site. Would recommend to family and friends in future. Plenty of restaurants, beaches and beautiful areas to explore either by foot or with car.

Great property in a great location

Walking across the street to Kam 2 (Kamaole Park 2) for a day at the beach was amazing. And walking just a little ways down to Kam 3 for snorkeling (better snorkeling than Kam 2) was incredible. Saw so many sea turtles and so many amazing fish there. We also drove to Keawakapu Beach - plenty of parking. Saw great fish there too and quite a few eels, including snowflake and white mouth moray eels. Just a short walk down the street for shops and natural-flavor shave ice (pineapple + cocount so good!). This place is awesome!

Absolutely Perfect!!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The view is absolutely gorgeous!! The location couldn’t be better, everything was just steps away, the beach, several restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is updated, was very clean, and well stocked it had everything we needed. There was more than enough room for my family of four and my parents. Mary was great to deal with, she was super nice and helpful! Thank you so much for having us!! We will definitely be back!!

Great New Years trip!

The property is as advertised! Great location. Very functional kitchen. Beds were used but comfortable. Water temperature in the shower would be my only complaint. It was hard to keep a consistent temperature. The view from the Lanai was obstructed for sunsets, but you did get to see the surf rolling in at the beach. I would definitely recommend for 2 couples.

Great Place to Stay in Kihei

We had a fabulous time. Our condo was right across the street to the Kamaole Beach II, down the street from several restaurants. Even though it was right above S. Kihei Road, noise was never a problem inside the unit and it gave us a wonderful view of the surf and beach. The unit was very well appointed, clean and we found no items that were not working or needed attention. One day our electronic front door stopped working but with one phone call to the owner a maintenance man was dispatched and replaced the batteries. We were also informed how to use the second entrance so that we were locked out of the unit. Getting back in took about 5 minutes and batteries replaced within the hour. We would most definitely rent this unit again.

So Close To Everything

We stayed 10 days and loved this Kihei accommodations. Communications with Mary were easy. This location was great and very drivable to our other Maui excursions. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The beach views from the lanais were incredible. Everything we needed in the condo was provided for and all we had to buy were toiletries and food. We were very thankful that there was so much beach gear available with the condo, and we utilized these on a daily basis. Restaurants and the ABC store were a quick 5-10 min walk away. I exercised daily with morning walks around sunrise and our family was out and about until around 9-10 pm and we always felt safe here. One thing to note is that you do have about 4 stairs to go up and down to get to the condo and there are no elevators. So this can be harder if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, if that's not an issue, we would definitely recommend this condo and will plan on staying here again when we return to Maui.

Great Location across from Kama’ole Beach!

Mary was very easy to get in touch with for questions and was very helpful for check-in and out. We stayed for 10 days with myself, husband, mother in law, and 2 daughters and loved the location. We would definitely stay there again! We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai while watching the sunrise (note the views from the lanai are partially obstructed by palm trees so only 2 people can sit and view). It is a short walk around the property, across the street, and to the beach- less than 5 minutes. There was excellent snorkeling at Kama’ole Beach II on the left side of the beach. We saw many sea turtles everyday. We brought our own snorkels but they also had some in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals while we were there, including plasticware to store leftovers. They left a lovely welcome gift, plus laundry detergent, paper goods and cleaning supplies (if you need them). There was also a vacuum handy to clean up the sand you will likely track in..lol! There were many other items to make our stay more enjoyable: Beach chairs, ice chest, boogie boards, (the umbrella was broken BUT you can rent one from the office for only $31 for the week), and books and puzzles for night time. The beds were comfortable, our daughters slept on the pull out sofa and had no complaints. The shower/tub combo was slow to drain, but that can happen in older places. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Unforgettable place

It is great place to stay. The place is clean, close to nice beaches and close to convenient store, restaurants. The owner also provides beach equipments for us and communicated with us weeks ago before we go and make sure we have smooth checking in, parking and even travel plan suggestions. I wound recommend this property for future stay.

If your looking at Maui look no furthur

The place is wonderful, everything you need. We explored the island and in all honesty the location here is best. The beach across the property is great, close to stores and restaurants. The beds and pull out couch were comfy. The view from the balcony is great with the sunset right in front of you. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a return trip, can't wait to come back.

Lovely Place and Location

We all very much enjoyed our stay, the condo was great and the pools were aslo great! We loved the view from the lanai and the close proximity to the beach! My daughter left a top behind and Mary called us and waited till we finished dinner for us to go get it. Seriously worth all 5 stars!

Maui Banyon

Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and ABC store and beach directly across the street. Condo adjoins highly travelled street but you can hear no noise in the condo. Kitchen contained all expected utensils and appliances plus more. Overall great stay and we would go there again.

Amazing Paradise
