Location, location, location! Steps from the beach. Wonderful roof top views. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops. Great for large families!

JR and Susan were an amazing team to host our girls weekend in Clearwater! They were not only very responsive to questions, but most kind! I was even more impressed since we travelled over a holiday weekend and had zero issues! The house is incredible. It took me 48 hours to realize I had not seen spaces around the house because it is so big! It slept 16 adults comfortably. Even felt like we had plenty of extra room. All appliances worked well, AC and dehumidifiers worked well, driveway was big enough for a 12 passenger van and large SUV. Walked to all our favorite bars and restaurants with ease, and of course right on the beach making walking a breeze and views from the house 10/10. Seriously cannot wait for another excuse to vacation here! Thank you for having us!!

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve been. The host was awesome and commutation was awesome and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay

Very nice place, super responsive host too. We did uber home a few days after days of up and down all of the hills of Edinburgh as it is a bit away. Location good, quiet. Strongly recommend the Sicilian bakery just down the road.

Wonderful stay! We had a group of 10 stay for 6 nights and had plenty of room! No exaggeration, we were literally steps away from the sand to the beach. Owners were available and greeted us soon after we arrived. Pool was very refreshing and clean. Great sunsets from the rooftop! Would stay here again.

Women's Retreat

We had an amazing time and the space was perfect for our group. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly when we had questions. I highly recommend staying here and you can't beat being footsteps from the beach!

Relaxing by the beach

The house was as advertised. Clean with plenty of room and beds. It was real quiet and steps to the beach. Close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

Beach Wedding

Such a memorable experience. I rented all three villas for my wedding here. We will definitely be taking our yearly vacations here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Friends trip

We were happy with the location and the house. We found a friendly host when we arrived. He answered all.our questions and gave us a tour. The place was clean and super comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.. comfortable.

Awesome place!

The owners were so accommodating to us. They let us have a last-minute early check in. The location is practically on the beach so we could send kids to and from without worry. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Family vacation/spring training

Great location, easy access to the beach/steps away! Also quick drive to local stadiums for spring training games. House was clean and spacious with great amenities. Staff friendly and responsive - able to accommodate last minute request for late checkout (since no one wanted to leave)!
