Direct Beach Front - Pool Home - 6 Bedrooms - 4.5 Bath

This fabulous newer construction home is located directly on the golden sands of Indian Shores. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

Please note that pets are not allowed at this property, no exceptions are made.

The 1st floor consists of the large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars.

The second floor has a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for six at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area and a large sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a huge balcony that has sweeping views up and down the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores. There is an outdoor bar area, Weber grill as well as space for dining and relaxation.
On this level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children, these share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 - has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms on this level share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor, as well as another large balcony with incredible birds’ eye views over the beach. Five of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

Sea Pearl family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Sea Pearl. It is a great location and there were many pluses. They have sand toys that my grandchildren enjoyed and games the adults could enjoy in the evenings.

Great house for large family

House was beautiful with a lot of amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub with private beach area within the gate..great for kids! Highly recommend!

Beachside paradise

Our family of 12 including our children and grandchildren spent a week at this beautiful house making memories. The beach is fabulous with fine, white sand and we spent much of our time there and in pool. This is our second stay here and we love it. It is spacious, clean and great location. The master bedroom is incredible with awesome sunsets every night. Seamless check in, highly recommend

Spring Break Visit

The SeaPearl is an outstanding house that is located on an amazing stretch of beach. Our family loved the pool, hot tub, and extremely short walk to the ocean. After walking miles on the shoreline, we quickly realized how special the location is with the quiet beach and closeness to the water. Our few contacts with Alex and Liz had quick and impressive responses. We would definitely come back again. It truly is a perfect house!

Perfect birthday getaway!

Stunning! The weather did not cooperate as Florida was in a polar vortex for our week (), but this beautiful house made our vacation PERFECT! The house is even better than its description!! We loved the sunsets most of all! It’s the perfect spot for a wonderful vacation. The location is close to food, activities and other beautiful beaches! We will be back next year!! Thank you Alex!

THE best beach house period.

This is by far the best location and best house we’ve ever rented. We rent beach houses twice a year and have never been this pleased with one. Well equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, lots of beach chairs and toys, the pool and hot tub were amazing, well worth the small fee to heat it in December. We had one small issue ,that’s not even worth mentioning, and they had a repairman there within two hours. We highly recommend this place!!

Another Perfect Year

Our large family absolutely loves staying here. It is perfect for guests of all ages. The kids love that they have a room all to themselves. We always leave with fabulous memories, ready to come back the following year!

A Gem

This is the perfect combination of house, beach and location for a family vacation. It is a beautiful, expansive house with all the amenities, and sunset views that will leave you breathless. Located on a beach that rivals some Caribbean locations (and no Sargassum!). Nestled in a quiet beach town with delicious food offerings, and activities for the kids. We can't wait to book for the Summer of 2025.

Fabulous Vacation at SeaPearl

This property, the management, and the housekeeper are top notch! The house is everything and more that you could want on a beach vacation. Having such close access to a beautiful beach which we had nearly to ourselves was unbelievable. My family kept commenting all week on how perfect it was. Another Amazing Vacation

3 Floors of Family Fun

Grandparents, parents and kids in one house worked! Upper floor sleeping adults, 2nd floor family with the little ones and common area, first floor pool, games, beach! Comfy beds, bathrooms for all, kitchen, dining, more than enough seating and TVs galore 😎

Spectacular Reunion

What a great location, steps from the gulf and with pool and spa as well as a ton of great outdoor toys. Working with Liz and Alex was great too. The house is under an hour away from the Tampa Airport so very accessible. Wonderful experience!

What a fantastic house!!

We stayed at Sea Pearl with our children and grandchildren! What a fantastic vacation. The ability to go right from the house to the pool and beach made it so easy on the parents of kids and toddlers. The high end furnishings and size of the house made to easy to all be together (or find some peace and quiet). Alex and Liz were great to work with. I highly recommend this place!

Family Vacation

We picked this house for its size and location for our family vacation. it couldn't have been more perfect, with two infants and two small children along with nine adults we wanted easy beach access, which was 40ft from our private pool fence gate. Perfect. the house was very comfortable for the family. Each day was perfect, great coffee shop and restaurants in walking distance. Really the perfect house for a larger family vacation. Alex was great to deal with and solved a minor issue we had promptly. Hospitality was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Prime Beachfront

Our family of twelve, from babies to adults,stayed for one week at this beautiful beachfront home. The house was spacious, modern, and clean, with wonderful master bedroom. We, however, spent the majority of our time on the beach and at the pool. Watching the sunset every night was awesome and the memories made were priceless. Highly recommend!

Spacious beachfront property

Everything was just as advertised. Beachfront location. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. Elevator was a big plus for my elderly parents (plus it's better than hauling heavy luggage up stairs). Plenty of bathrooms --- 4 full and 2 half. Lot of space in garage. Everyone had a great time --- we plan to come back!
