Anna was a great host and we had everything we needed! The pool area was full of toys and floaties for the kids. All the beach accessories (chairs, wagons, coolers, umbrellas, etc) were so convenient! The beach is just a walk away which was so nice. We will for sure be back!

This was our second year in a row that we stayed at Casa Coquina. We had another wonderful vacation thanks to the wonderful location, the terrific amenities, and the awesome communication with the host.

The rooftop deck was great for sunsets and the lower backside pool and lanai area were a great place to grill and hang with the boys and watch some sports. Overall fantastic location steps to the beach and short drives to any other fun Florida amenities you want to get into. Had a minor plumbing issue with a leaky sink in the bathroom, communicated with the owner, and she responded super fast. No issues to write home about. Awesome place overall!

Very new and nice place. It is not on the beach but an easy 100 yards to get into the beach. Bedrooms and beds are big and comfortable

My family and I really enjoyed staying at your place. The house is well stocked and the location is perfect. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a few day's at the beach and we loved sitting on the rooftop watching the sunsets. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!

We found the Casa Coquina a beautiful beach home with everything provided. The pool is fabulous- the new building structure is so very quiet - zero disturbance for sleeping and the AC - hot water - pool temperature - Anna has a gold mine in this property. We had a wonderful vacation week.

This is an amazing beach home; the pool was great for the kids and grandkids. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Beach access was just around the corner, and the pool was sparkling clean. We cooked every meal here with the well-appointed kitchen and the extra spices were much appreciated. The sunsets from the rooftop deck were equally enjoyable. Everything was as advertised, Highly Recommend!

Great place, short walk to the beach. Close to the best coffee at Gulf Surf Cafe’! House is loaded with everything you’ll need to create an excellent trip so if you’re flying you won’t have to purchase anything. Host was excellent at communicating and we enjoyed our stay. There were 10 in our family and the rooming was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a large patio and pool area as well as a rooftop option!

This home was a wonderful place to stay for a large 3 generation family. There was ample space and the location was excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool and the grill area. The views from the rooftop were priceless!! Communication with host was great!! We had a wonderful vacation!!

This was a beautiful place to stay, with quick walks to every thing we needed. It was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable for our 10 adults. Beautiful pool with covered cabana type area. Owner of property is a great communicator. Highly recommend—great place to stay

Great Stay!

Our family had a wonderful week in this home. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and the sunsets on the rooftop were beautiful! Short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

Beach vacay

My family and I had a wonderful time! The property is lovely and the pool is perfect. The beach is a short walk away! It was a perfect family beach vacay!
