This wonderful two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation Resort and is right on the beach!  You'll only be steps from the warm sand and cool water of the Atlantic ocean!  Relax on two private, ground level patios that have beautiful Atlantic Ocean views that are perfect for your morning coffee! Taking a dip in the pool or hitting the beach is just steps away. Condo comes with fully equipped kitchen, and is perfect for family gatherings. Condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet and a washer & dryer. There is a TV in the living room and also one in the 2nd bedroom. Downtown Fernandina and local area shops for great finds and excellent dining are about a 10 minute drive! 

This condo is multi level and has about 40 steps lead to unit.

Queen in the master, full and twin in the secondary bedroom.

This unit is not pet friendly.

Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted in this community.

Great location. Beautiful sunrises. We had an issue with the original code which was probably our fault and they were easy to contact and quickly got us fixed up.

Beach weekend

Enjoyed the properties mature landscaping and beach access. The outdoor space was especially nice to drink coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise.

Enjoyed Fenandina Beach

We were in and out quickly for a wedding so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities. The place was very nice and we would stay there again.

The views were gorgeous, being able to walk out at sunrise and be on the beach to catch the beauty was fabulous. Although it’s on the Omni property as a guest you have no rights to their amenities like the shuttle to the restaurants but it is walkable if you are in decent shape

Old, dated, and overpriced dungeon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really disappointed with our stay. The pictures looked much more inviting, but what we found was a dark and depressing, extremely dated unit not worth more than a 2 star motel. The only positive was the fact that we could walk to the beach. The sinks clogged easily, there were rugs on top of carpets, a very weak AC, and extremely hard cardboard beds. I wish I would’ve just gotten a hotel room at the nearby Omni Hotel.

NICE VIEW, BUT HARD TO GET TO!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place had a great view, but getting there was an ordeal. It has 42 steps from the car to the Condo and carrying your heavy suitcases up that mountain was tough. If you are a senior or have a medical condition or disability, this place is not for you. The kitchen sink faucet leaked, no light in the refrigerator, second bedroom bathroom sink didn't drain well, and the furniture was dirty with some stains. Stayable, but very inaccessible.

Beautiful location

We had a great time at this condo, it was nice to be able to open the doors on both sides of the condo and get a nice cross breeze from the ocean. We enjoyed our stay. I would caution anyone with mobility issues that there are a lot of stairs leading up to the condo from the parking lot as well as another set of stairs to get to the room itself.
