Very clean, great space for a large group. Loved the large gathering area and the bedroom configuration was perfect! Easy walk to Broadway.

Great place for a group!Property was really nice. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 or 20 minute walk.The latch app that is used for getting in caused a little confusion at first because we were all arriving at different times. but ultimately it was fine.

Was the perfect space for our large group. Had 11 people, 5 of which were 21 year old males. Had great space and enough bathrooms. Would stay there again. Our hosts were also very easy to contact and responded to my messages very quickly.

The unit was well situated. It was clean. Everything was as described. My recommendation for the host would be more towels available to the renters and more kitchen towels. I would not stay here with small children as the railings on the porch deck where climbable.

Very nice property in a not so great neighborhood. Once inside the building we felt very safe. Staff was very friendly. The condo was everything that we needed. Very clean!!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Nashville. We will plan to be back another time. Everyone was so helpful at the condo and the owners kept in close communication with us through our stay.

The condo is very nice. Tastefully decorated with a Nashville vibe. The location is convenient to downtown but is in the same neighborhood as a homeless shelter so there are a lot of homeless people on the streets near the condo. We also had a hard time checking in. We were supposed to receive the codes at 3:50 pm and did not get them until 4:30. We were on a tight schedule and had to change our dinner reservations.

The property is located in a central, urban neighborhood close to downtown and near a Christian mission, which is disclosed in the listing so guests know what to expect when booking. Regarding check-in, the Latch access invitation was sent to the email on file two days prior to arrival, with unit access scheduled to activate at 3:50 PM on the day of check-in. On occasion, automated emails may be delayed or filtered, which can affect when they are received. We understand how disruptive this can be when you’re on a tight schedule and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as our team is always working to ensure arrivals are as smooth and stress-free as possible. -Trish
