It was exactly as described. Lots of people staying there for the weekend. Good location, walked to bars and restaurants. There are some homeless around like others said in their reviews, but totally harmless and didn’t bother our group at all. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were just what we needed. Great communication from owners.

Attention to detail in the unit was outstanding! Clean and comfortable unit suited our group of 3 couples well. Heather was very quick with responses. Women walking alone at night were concerned near the building, but had no troubles.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you found the unit clean, comfortable, and well-suited for your group, and we truly appreciate you recognizing the attention to detail—we put a lot of care into making each stay special. It’s also great to know that communication was prompt and helpful throughout your visit. We also appreciate you sharing your perspective about the surrounding area at night. As with many downtown urban environments, including Nashville, some guests—particularly those walking alone after dark—may feel more comfortable taking a quick rideshare. That said, we’re glad to hear there were no actual issues during your stay. In over two years of hosting, and across all 83 units in our building, we’ve had no reported safety incidents, and guests generally have smooth, uneventful experiences. Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again on your next visit!

The condo is perfect for a short stay in Nashville. It was clean and the host was wonderful. The description does mention the location is near many homeless. While they were harmless you are definitely surrounded by that element. We walked a lot and there is no escaping it. Hopefully the area will continue to build up and it will become more pedestrian friendly. We went to the pool area on Friday afternoon. No chairs available m. It’s small relative to the building.

Thank you for the kind review! We’re so glad you found the condo clean, comfortable, and perfect for your short stay in Nashville. We appreciate you noting the urban location—it’s vibrant and walkable to so much, though the surrounding area does have visible homelessness like many downtown spots. Sorry to hear the pool was short on chairs that Friday afternoon. We’ll follow up with management on that. We were especially happy to accommodate your early check-in and late check-out, and we’re glad you enjoyed the condo itself. We’d love the opportunity to earn that 5th star on your next visit!

Great getaway spot!

This was a big birthday celebration and we had the best time! Heather actually greeted us at the door with a smile and was available if we had any question or needed anything! It was so clean and we loved the unique decor in every room! Plenty of towels for the group and tons of hangers and closet room. The beds and pillows were perfect! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend you do too! Cheers!

Awesome property, easy walk to Broadway

The unit is decorated in country music style making it a fun stay. The unit was very clean and loaded with everything you need, plenty of towels, etc. Only negative is the nearby homeless population that are just around the block. Its worth pointing out we did not have any trouble with them.

Loved this place!

We absolutely loved this condo. The property is so nice and clean. The condo is beautiful. The beds and pillows are comfy. Lots of small details make this place so nice. A well stocked kitchen, lots of coffee, etc. it looks just as the pictures. The small patio is nice for coffee in the morning. The pool area was very nice- we didn’t use it because weather wasn’t that nice. The host is very responsive if you were to need anything
