The spacious living room boasts grand vaulted ceilings, a romantic fireplace, and an elegant open staircase. The downstairs office with its own fireplace offers a quiet space for remote work or creativity. A gourmet kitchen with a large center island and top-tier appliances flows into the formal dining room, ideal for hosting.

Upstairs, the two-story primary suite includes a sitting area and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The converted attic serves as a serene meditation and lounge space, while the first-floor media room offers a cozy entertainment retreat. The converted garage functions as a private gym with a rowing machine, dumbbells, a bench, and a punching bag.

Despite its secluded feel, the home is conveniently located near some of Los Angeles’ most famous attractions. Guests can explore nearby hiking trails, such as Runyon Canyon Park and Griffith Park, offering stunning views of the city. Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal CityWalk, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the Hollywood Bowl are all just a short drive away. The Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills provide a variety of upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Having a car is recommended for the best experience while visiting Southern California, as it allows easy access to the area’s many attractions. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation. The home is also close to major freeways, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas, including Malibu, Santa Monica, and Downtown Los Angeles.

This property is located approximately 13.5 miles miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 13 miles miles from SoFi Stadium.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. This property has a private pool/spa that can be heated at an additional cost. A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival. Please reach out to our team in advance to arrange.

1. Spa Only – $75/day.
Spa heated to 102°F.

2. Combined Pool and Spa – $125/day.
Pool heated up to 82°F. Most hotel pools run 80° to 82°F for reference.
Spa heated to 102°F during default heating times (30 to 45 min heat-up).

3. Highest Pool Temperature and Spa – $150/day.
Pool heated up to 86°F. Most luxury hotel pools run 84° to 86°F for reference.
Spa heated to 102°F during default heating times (30 to 45 min heat-up).

A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival.

2. Monthly Rentals: By booking this property, guests agree to sign a rental agreement. Check-in instructions will be sent after the agreement is signed. Guests staying for 30 days or more are legally required to sign a California Association of Realtors (CAR) form, which will be provided after payment is made.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Guests can choose to have the pool and spa heated during their stay. The standard options are: Spa Only at $75/day (to 101°F), Combined Pool & Spa at $100/day (pool up to 84°F and spa to 101°F), or Highest Pool Temperature & Spa at $125/day (pool up to 90°F and spa to 101°F). A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival.
