Spacious Pet Friendly Beach Level Oceanfront Triplex with a Spa P819-6

This is an amazing unit, in a triplex, which sits right on the beach. There is a large living room which opens to a beachfront patio, a kitchen with granite counters and appliances, plus everything you could ask for to cook for your group. There are two very spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite baths. As a result, no bathroom hogging will occur. In the back of the home you will find a tv room with a big flat screen TV. There is also another half bath in the hallway. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beachfront vacation!

PARKING: 1 Car (Designated Space in the Garage - ON LIFT)

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Tranquility spacious getaway

The home had everything we needed the hot tub was well maintained the fire pit worked! Plenty of pots and pans the showers were fully stocked the only issue was explanation of the entrance there were 2 doors so better communication in regards to access and the parking garage code but they dispatched someone immediately offer more parking was convenient. The home was well worth the memories we created it was clean very well stocked beautiful view!

Wonderful place to stay.

Loved this beachfront property. We even saw dolphins from the patio. Very clean and comfortable inside. The parking for our unit was a little unusual for us but we found street parking easily. A beautiful place to stay!

Family weekend getaway

Property was perfect for our family! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Only thing I would recommend replacing or upgrading would be outdoor patio set and barbecue.

Nice Visit

Son's 30th Birthday Celebration

We loved this property's location. Just at the end of the strand, there is nothing between you and the sea but a rock wall. It is a 15 minute walk to the pier. The kitchen is well equipped, but it could use more plates so we didn't have to run the dishwasher so often. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. I

The staff responded immediately to any concerns. It was a short walk to nice, sandy beaches for the kids to play. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great location, poor rental experience

Nice location, nice home. However, there was poor Wifi, the hot tub did not work, the garage parking was not available as advertised, the fire pit did not work, and worst part was no hot water. The rental company sent a tech to fix the hot tub, fire pit, and hot water early our second morning. The final morning, after agreeing to a late checkout, we had three separate cleaning crews stop by, one actually entered the house while we were eating breakfast, and though they were just doing their job it really killed an already poor stay……..

Tons of Room with A Perfect View

It's nicely decorated, has comfy beds, and is nicely appointed, but the show-stopper is the beachfront patio. There is almost nothing between the front sliding-glass door and the ocean. It was lovely to wake up and walk out to the sound of waves and sunlight streaming into the living room. We saw dolphins playing in the surf on our last morning. The only negative was noisy neighbors (especially the upstairs neighbors) but we would absolutely stay here again. Having access to the patio with the spa and barbecue - plus being able to walk right out to the beach - outweighed the neighbors keeping us up at night. The fire pit was out of gas, but everything else worked perfectly. About a 15-minute walk to Hello Betty Fish House and the movie theater. Highly recommended!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Oceanside staying in this Oceanfront rental. The home was very nice and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the furniture is clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The view is amazing! The only negative was the fact that I had booked to take our dog and paid the deposit then decided not to take him. We were not refunded the deposit even though we changed our minds ahead of time. There was no reason not to refund the deposit.

Wonderful spot in Oceanside!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent a week at this location during Spring Break. It was the perfect spot for our family of 13!! There was plenty of beds, the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals to feed us all, and the VIEW was a 10!! Every morning we watched dolphins swimming by and every night we watched the sunset all from our balcony. The hot tub was perfect too! All together this Oceanfront rental was perfect for us and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation in Oceanside! The only downside that could actually be an upside was that the cell service was not the best...but we made sure everyone had the land line number and we made due with communication. Everything else was a 10!!

Great location and beautiful rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the first touchpoint with the property management and all the attention to detail...this place and personnel is First Class! The property was exactly as described and we had plenty of room to spread out with all the possible sleeping coves. The hot tub and fire pit were a big hit with our family. Beautiful sunsets from the patio and dolphins seem to migrate past our view amongst the surfers. The only minor issue I had was with the parking, as it is a bit cumbersome for this unit. But, street parking was ample and the property management came over and walked me through it how to use the lowered parking unit. Would definitely recommend...and really appreciated the responsiveness of the management team!

Great location

Some things to fix: Gate at the entrance to the property. Too many people used it for beach access. TV very difficult to use. Had to get maintenance to load access codes and make the TV's work. Just pay for cable. A lot of buffering made watching the TV unbearable We wanted to watch the Olympics and some movies Need more plates Appliances are very beat up Air conditioning only in 1 room Double bed room very small . Bed is against the wall and very hard to get in and out with 2 people in the bed

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is fairly new and nice. It had almost everything one would need to be comfortable. It is on the beach but you need to climb over the rocks to access the beach. The view is amazing. The lack of central A/C was not ideal, however, they did provide portable units. The wifi service was terrible as well as cell phone signals. (Sprint, Tmobile, and Verizon) And if you stay in Unit #6 be prepared for the parking lift. The lift takes about 10 minutes to get in and out of each time. Overall we had a nice time and I will definitely visit Oceanside again, but I will choose a different property next time.

Wow awesome rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have stayed in the bungalows previously through this same company and this year I wanted a jacuzzi. We got quite an upgrade from 700 sq foot bungalow to this amazing and large rental. this rental is huge and nicely appointed. I took naps every day by the sliding glass door, listening to waves in the comfort of a nice day bed. The appliances were very nice, they had two sets of washer/dryers and included laundry detergent. Not anything negative to say about this one except getting luggage in and out is somewhat of a task. There is an elevator that could potentially help getting luggage down to the rental but the codes weren't given in the app. Honestly though I didn't really care, we were on the beach, in a beautiful rental and had an incredible time. We will definitely rent this one again and probably bring some friends next time since it is so large.

We arrived with trash cans blocking entrance and the garbage smell was horrible. The house had no hot water. Blown fuse box. Poop in upstairs bathroom. No hot water until second day! The kitchen was not cleaned. The master bath still had leftover shampoo scum on the shelf. My husband had to fix a running toilet. No heat until my husband flipped the breakers the next day. The couches were so filthy we used beach towels to sit on. Microwave had food in it! The backyard was covered in debris, trash, and dog poop! We have previously rented this property and totally shocked at how bad of shape it was in. Someone did clean the windows on our last day…nice to see the view.

Beachfront fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautifully decorated with a beach, cottage style decor. Well done with the remodel. However, for a group of 7 40 something women, the sleeping arrangements were less than ideal. This place would be perfect for two adults and multiple kids or teenagers. But for adults that are accustomed to decent mattresses, not so much. The master bedroom was great. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk and both mattresses were so uncomforable that some of the girls decided to go sleep on the little reading areas in the living room. The 3rd bedroom (if you can call it that) had a couch bed that is not meant for sleeping on unless your a child and will pass out just about anywhere. Overall the place was nice however, the bathrooms were great and the kitchen was decently stocked. Not sure I would stay there again with adults however unless the sleeping situation were to change.
