Nice Place, great location, clean and safe. Priced well for location and amenities. I would definitely rent again. Pros: Clean, Nice bedrooms, lots of TVs, Safe location, close to beaches, big garage, cool rooftop deck, beach toys, beach chairs, wagon, ice chest, boogie boards all great for beach, good layout for families.Cons: kitchen is well picked over, not a lot of utensils and kitchen tools etc. BBQ on the roof is trashed burners are all burned out so don't get excited to BBQ, taking trash out was odd, refrigerator ice machine was jammed up. Overall the cons were minor annoyances we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great communication with Van, our host. Very clear on check in process. Location was excellent and the apartment was very clean. Close to the beach and restaurants. There was a farmers market 1 min away on the day we arrived which was a bonus. We would recommend this location.

The location is great and the unit is quite nice. They allowed a late checkout at 11 instead of 10 which is a a positive.There were a number of small negatives. Towels were very scratchy and stiff, low quality. There was no icemaker in the fridge. The ceiling fan batteries were out. The front gate lock had recently been vandalized, and mortise had been removed so the keypad worked but key would not. It was very difficult to open, took about 10 tries. After I pulled the gate tight, the bolt did not experience friction & it opened, otherwise the bolt would not slide. And I also could not lock the gate from the outside which was disconcerting.Check in was already late at 4pm, but the cleaning crew was not done until 4:30 so I had a very late check in. Fortunately, the owner allowed a late checkout in return which I appreciated. I called ownership when I was having issues with the gate lock, and at first he couldn't understand me because of background noise on his end and he thought I was the former guest who had apparently left the keys in the lock resulting in damage, then he thought I was a real estate agent for the unit next door, then he asked how I got his number, when he finally realized I was his guest he apologized for the background noise and gave the excuse of it worked perfectly yesterday.... When I asked about the ceiling fan he said he would come by the replace the batteries and check the lock but to my knowledge this did not happen....
