Everything absolutely perfect but trash can outside was full to the brim upon our arrival.

This was one of the best properties I’ve rented. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and everything we needed to get started on out vacation. It’s a very well maintained property and the cleaning crew had it spotless. Location of the property was excellent, it’s in a stunning residential area which was quiet and safe but close enough to walk to Harbour Town. Loved everything about this rental.

Beautiful home! It rained off and on most of the week, with the beautiful view and my favorite lounge chair, it made for a relaxing time when it did rain. TV's are very nice too. The kitchen and island are big and everything had most of what you would need. Very private and super close to Harbour Town. Our fur kids loved it also, especially the small fenced in area. There were quite a few deer that came up to the house. We would definitely come back.

Very nice house overall. Would be nice to have another half bath. The spiral staircase railing at the top was a bit shaky. The views out over the marsh were terrific and we loved the open atmosphere of the house. Would rent again. Very responsive host.

The house was stocked with all essentials that were needed. We loved having extra blankets for the evening. Close proximity to Harbour town was great.

Great stay!

Spacious for our group of 7 (3 adults, 4 teens, 2 small dogs). Great location near Harbor Town. Trolley system makes getting to the beach easy. Beautiful marsh view with lots of wildlife.

Communication was ok but I asked several times to send security needs to my phone so when we arrived at the property, had to call to send security codes to my phone so we could enter the property...the grill didn't work so couldn't grill...but overall, the property was nice...Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy everything about HHI.The Marciniak Family

Great house in great location

What a great house. It was clean and well maintained. Great neighborhood. Very quiet and beautiful. Harbortown was within walkkng distance but we rode bikes. Everything you want to experience at Hilton Head was cloes by. I highly recommend this home.

Their air conditioning has an issue. The owner is gonna have to fix it. If it’s real hot down there, I would not rent this place. It’s not gonna be very cool in the east end of the house. Best they will do is 75 76 degrees there seems to be a problem with the ducks being too small and carrying enough cool air to cool the two front bedrooms off. Also, the grill needs to be fixed in poor condition. The house was clean the people that run the rental company are great. Responded to every question and complain. I had very quickly.

State tennis tournament

Such great place to gather w team, so close to the courts! Loved the outdoor shower!! The kitchen had EVERYTHING!Suggest an ice maker, directions for dishwasher tape marking steps. Overhead fan in queen room. Highly recommend this house!!

The marsh is beautiful! The house was extremely clean, with the exception of the guest bathroom toilet area. I think the cleaning staff just missed it. My elderly mother uses a wheelchair, and luckily we brought two small rubber ramps with us, as there is a small step down from the hall to the multi-purpose room, which is the only way a wheelchair can make it to the deck out back.
