Beach Access: Tranquil Dunes guests have access to the private beach through the Sunset Beach Community, approximately 0.4 miles (a 5 or 6-minute walk) from the property.

Community Pool: The largest resort-style pool on 30A (12,000 sq. ft.) is only a 3-min walk (about 500 feet) from the home!

Pool-side cafe available for food and drink purchases!
Free, on-demand (seasonal) tram to the beach and the pool.

Nearby Dining & Shopping: Some of the area’s best restaurants are nearby!
These include Crabby Steve’s, La Cocina, George’s at Alys Beach, Wild Olives Market and more!

The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October.
The Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

Parking is available for 4 vehicles in front of the home.

Golf Cart rentals are not allowed in this community.
**Fines may be imposed.**

The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Bunk Room: The third-floor bunk room is an open loft space, without a door, and overlooks the living areas below.

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.

Interaction with Guests:
Wristbands are required to access all amenities (including the pool).

Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure:
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete the online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes.

# of adults (11 & older)
# of children (10 & younger)
Year, Make, Model, Color & Tag # of all vehicles parking at the residence

Directions on how to pick up amenity wristbands are supplied prior to check-in.
