The host was so nice and helped us check in when the lock box code was not working. Then showed us around the property and was lovely!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property that was perfect for our family trip. Bedroom for each couple, and the bunk room was perfect for our grandchildren. Beautiful views to enjoy your coffee each morning, with a small alcove tucked away so a couple could enjoy the outdoors, even with some light rain (that was my favorite spot!)Home was well equipped with everything one may need. We had 1 small hiccup the 1st night with the grill & the host was attentive and came to remedy the situation as soon as she was made aware. Communication with host was easy and timely. A little remote, which we liked, but an easy enough drive to the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a place to stay.

The property was well stocked and offered nice views, which we appreciated. However, our experience with the host after checkout was disappointing. We followed the checkout instructions and completed the required cleaning checklist, including additional cleaning. Despite this, we encountered issues after our departure related to the condition of the property. While the listing is marketed as family-friendly, we would not recommend it for families with children due to the potential for post-stay disputes and the tone of the post-checkout communication.

This family left the house with pee on a couch without telling us, destroyed the hot tub by leaving the cover off, left sticky candy throughout the house on carpets floors, towels and linens. A lot of food and crumbs were left throughout the house. The children wrote with chalk in the garage and on the porch. Food was left in the refrigerator. We will never recommend this family because of their lack of respect for a rental property or dignity to pay for their destruction left behind.

The Owl's Nest was a beautiful, spacious home. It was perfect for our Sunday School Youth Group on our trip to explore the Creation Museum and the Ark. Only took us 20 mjnutes to the Creation Museum. The rooms were all very comfortable and the open concept of the living room, dining room and kitchen were perfect in sharing our meal and relax times together. We also enjoyed the amazing view and discussion time sitting out on the spaciius patio. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and are hoping to make a trip back for a Family vacation. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!Springbrook Lutheran Church Family

We love to entertain and travel. We like hosting because we know what it’s like to stay in a retreat you love. So, we have provided that with the Owls Nest.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The house is nestled in the hills of Kentucky and is placed on the property of Seeds of Glory Farm. It’s peaceful. It’s spacious. And it’s intended to provide a safe space for gathering with others to make memories.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The house boasts of an open floor plan and many upgrades. The master bathroom is spacious and beautiful... it accommodates elderly people who would like a walk-in tub. One of the guest bedrooms offers a sleep number bed. The bunk room is made for a group of up to 9 people and is quite large. The most awesome space in the house is the sunroom. The couch folds out into a queen bed and that means you can sleep under the stars.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the amentities and then some. The open floor plan allows plenty of visiting while cooking or entertaining.
The back deck overlooks the rolling hills of Kentucky and is meant for entertaining or just star gazing.
