Welcome to this chic, stylish house in Town of Tioga. This gorgeous property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. With 2.5 bathrooms featuring a freestanding bathtub and outdoor shower in the primary en suite, guests will love the extra amenities. The additional living room space with a queen Aero mattress provides extra comfort for larger groups.
Located in the award winning community of Town of Tioga, this lovely property is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops Gainesville has to offer. Enjoy this luxe house while being close to all Gainesville amenities - approximately 4 miles to I-75, 4.5 miles to North Florida Regional, 8 miles to the University of Florida, 11 miles to Shands, 7 miles to Easton Sports Complex.

This was a beautiful home - clean, designed impeccably, and comfortable. Also super convenient as my family lives in the same neighborhood in Tioga. Communication was clear and the stay overall was fantastic

Our stay was wonderful. The host was awesome—very gracious, responsive, and easy to communicate throughout the entire process. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The location was also very convenient. It’s close to a town center with plenty of restaurants, and there’s a Publix nearby, which made grocery runs quick and easy.While the house doesn’t have a pool, the backyard is very nice and the community is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Ritz Carlton experience! Claudia is an exceptional host and makes every stay a lovely experience. Absolutely loved being in the same neighborhood as family. Made it so special to be so close to our grandbabies and yet have our own space for them to “visit” us. Cannot wait to return!

I have stayed in VRBO properties for close to 12 years during summer vacations. Most of the properties have earned high reviews, but this property has been our family favorite by far! Claudia was extremely responsive to our questions and wanted to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is full of lovely homes, walking paths, sidewalks, and is very quiet. The house is beautifully appointed and spacious. The appliances were all high end. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Eating in was a pleasure. The dishes were colorful and made for a lovely setting. Our favorite spot was the covered porch. Such a great place for reading, visiting, or watching a movie. I would certainly rent this property again, and would love for all hosts to be as accessible and accommodating as Claudia.

We stayed at this home over the weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from the UF, and it exceeded expectations in every respect.The home was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and generously sized—ideal for hosting our family comfortably. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we might need, and the welcome touches, including a bottle of Prosecco and a selection of snacks, were especially appreciated.The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood provided a relaxing setting after a full schedule of events. The location was also very convenient to campus and surrounding areas.The owner, Coleen, was highly responsive both before and during our stay, and communication was seamless throughout. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. Parking was never an issue, with ample street parking in addition to a garage that easily accommodated two vehicles.The property was exactly as represented—if anything, even better in person. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others seeking a polished and comfortable experience.

From the very first moment, we spoke with the host of this property, we could tell it was special. Claudia was warm and welcoming from the initial email. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. When we walked in the door and had a lovely welcome note, along with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, and a nice bottle of wine, we felt we were in a five-star resort. The home is absolutely beautiful! It is well appointed, comfortable, located in a fantastic neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this incredible home and couldn’t recommend it more. Literally perfect in every way!

Unbelievable Stay!!

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about this property and the host. We had 6 adults and 2 kiddos and were all incredibly comfortable. There are 2 king beds, a queen and the most adorable bedroom with 2 twin beds that the kids absolutely loved. The beds are amazing!! Claudia has decorated the house beautifully and thoughtful touches were everywhere. We had an event at the University of Florida and it was convenient to get to. The neighborhood itself was pretty and the kids loved playing at the playground while the adults enjoyed the dinner selections with outdoor seating at the town center. We will absolutely be back!!

House and neighborhood are beautiful and new looking. Everything inside the house was clean and decor was sophisticated. Common areas and bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable!
