Last minute getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was one of the best our family has stayed in. Both bathrooms were exceptionally nice, recently renovated. Beds were a bit too soft, otherwise clean and well furnished. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking with Patti at signature rental was so easy. She was super helpful. The condo was beautiful, just like the pictures showed. We needed a crockpot for cooking and she had it delivered very quickly. The only drawback was no storage for the beach chairs after great days at the beach.

The place was a nice size and there was a great view of the ocean, but you also look at sea and suds restaurant too. The pool was heated which helped being a little cooler at the beginning of the week. The carpets could use some TLC as they did look pretty stained. If you like to be in the hustle and bustle of everything this is perfect. If you like a quiet balcony in the evening I would try somewhere else not next to the restaurant. Overall it is a nice place and good location for other restaurants and places. Easy access to the beach and nice pool.

Mid-June Beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay at this location. Furniture is not real comfortable. We sweat at night and I believe it was bc of the mattress cover. Location is great! Sea ‘n’ Suds restaurant just a short walk away has great food and The Hangout is only 1/2 mile away.

The property was as advertised except the pool was not heated, the security guard told us it wouldn't be heated until January. And there was no hot tub as listed in the VRBO ad. The kitchen was decent and the bathrooms were clean for what they were. But the carpets in the bedrooms were gross and wouldn't walk barefoot on them. Patio is nice with a nice view.

The outdoor pool is managed by the building/association, and the heating schedule is set by them rather than by individual owners.
