Escape to this beautiful west-facing penthouse in the gated community of North Coast Village. Located on the top floor, this two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental features a reverse-loft layout that maximizes views and privacy.

The spacious living room is perfect for unwinding with your group, offering a large sofa and chaise, flat-screen TV, and a collection of family board games.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a full range of appliances, and everything from serving bowls to a blender and crockpot.

The balcony and beach view were excellent. We had problems with several items inside the property: window blinds broken, all 4 deck chairs were barely safe to use (screws stripped/loose), the TV broke in one bedroom on second night, fridge took too long to cool causing ice to melt then leak into bottom of fridge, beach equipment old/minimal. Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay and the host responded to all of our messages. Overall the condo was comfortable.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the location and the view from upstairs. It was a bit warmer inside that I wanted, I think ceiling fans would have helped more than the oscillating fans. Loved the amenities at the property - pool, hot tub, putt-putt, game room, gym, library, grills, etc. The property was beautiful outside with all of the landscaping and plants and koi pond.

Beautiful property, well maintained, convenient beach access. The pool and hot tub were great too. Our coffee pot broke on the third day of our stay and the host got us a new one right away. Other than that, we had no issues at all. Walking distance to lots of cool places!

We had a completely wonderful stay. The condo was exactly what we needed. It clean and welcoming for a really enjoyable time away. The staff on the premises that helped us check in were lovely and professional. We would very happily stay there again.

Location was excellent, the grounds were outstanding walk thru to the beach perfect. Condo was very nice no complaints at all.

This was a great property for our multi generation trip. The property was stunning... lush and filled with tropical plants, a koi pond, putting greens, pool table, laundry room and so close to the ocean, with direct access on both sides. The grandchildren loved the Heated pool and hot tub in the evenings and the separate adult hot tub was an added bonus! The oversized balcony in the upper master provided the best seat in town for several amazing sunsets...

Great unit and amazing getaway

This unit was perfect for what we needed. Was clean and comfortable, provided all of the amenities we needed for days at the beach. This was our third day at Northcoast Village and this was definitely our favorite unit we have stayed in.

We were very disappointed with this condo, especially considering it was the most expensive unit we’ve rented at North Coast Village.The listing mentioned ocean breezes, but the condo was extremely hot with little to no airflow. There’s a wall outside that blocks most of the wind, so don’t expect the cooling ocean breeze that was advertised.The unit is also very outdated, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The patio door screens had multiple holes, allowing bugs to get inside. During our stay, we killed several spiders and found spider webs in the skylights and closets, which made the condo feel poorly maintained.We’ve stayed at North Coast Village several times and have always had good experiences, but this was by far the worst unit we’ve rented. It’s disappointing that it was also the most expensive. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend staying here.

VERY CONVENIENT TO BE SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND THE STRAND. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE TRAIN WAS VERY LOUD ON SOME NIGHTS. OTHERWISE THE PLACE HAD ALL THE NECESSARY ITEMS TO TAKE TO THE BEACH AND THEY ARE WELL CARED FOR. THE BALCONY LOOKING OVER THE BEACH IS BREATHTAKING. OVERALL VERY NICE PLACE WOULD RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN.

Very clean unit. Nice short getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the complex we have visited before. The room was very clean and as described. No surprises which is always good. Weather was a bit warmer than we remembered but there were fans so we managed. Beds were very good. Overall pleased with the stay.

What a great little condo! It was very clean & family friendly. The master bed was super comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was relaxing. I feel like the pictures of the view dont do it justice. You have a full ocean view from the upstairs balcony. The only downside was the water pressure in the master shower was awful. Luckily the downstairs shower was working perfectly. But we stayed in a different unit that had a similar issue so that might be a building thing. Looking forward to staying again
