You get what you pay for.
The best part of this place was the beach facing balcony. The balcony was dirty and there wasnt a table as pictured but the view was spectacular. I'll start by acknowledging that the nightly rate was cheap so I cant be too harsh in my rating. Here are the cons:1.The building is old and has 3 elevators that go to different parts of the building. It took three tries to find the right elevator to get to our unit. 2.The elevator had notices about pest services coming to the building once a month....3.After entering the code to get into the condo we noticed that the neighbors ring camera was angled in such a way that they could clearly see the code entry.4. The room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The smell got worse on our last night.5. The room was clean but dingy. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.6. Bring your own toilet paper unless you want to use 1 ply toilet paper and thin paper towels.7. Towels are thin and the pool towels are small amd thin as well.Here are the pros:1. Access to pool and beach was seamless2. Pool area is clean and has lots of chairs and tables.3. Beach area is not crowded- and beach is perfect for laying out 4. Parking was perfect. I parked by the pool where i could see the car from the condo balcony.5. The host was responsive to my messages.6.Location is fantastic.Would i stay here again? No. But if you're on a budget, arent too picky and want to be on the beach,........tthisthwnnnihhtky rate waa was
