The property itself was great and the hosts were exceptional! We had an issue with the AC in the living room and the Kris Anne immediately jumped on the problem and had the entire unit replaced.The only recommendation I have would be to allow for more closet space. The closets were filled with other storage items and didn’t leave much room for the guests.Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

We loved the location and the amenities of this place. Everything on the North Shore was in close proximity and we loved the pickleball, beach, beach toys, etc. that was provided. We reallyl enjoyed it.

The condo was perfect for our three night stay in the north shore. We enjoyed having the restaurants close by. We watched the sunset from the bar at the resort which was amazing! I highly recommend this condo.

The rooms were clean overall and the host was generally communicative. There were some delayed responses but not about anything that was critically important that would have impacted the quality of our stay. The furniture and flooring could use some updates. The AC units work, but they draw air from outside via ducts so the setup is a bit clunky but works. It was great to have laundry washer and dryer on site in the unit which was convenient. There was some confusion about the checkout time and we had a run-in with one of the unit's cleaners, who was highly unprofessional and rude but that is not the fault of the host and our overall experience was positive.

It is a lovely place. Clean and comfortable. It has all the beach toys and amenities you need. Also a lot of games to plan in the condo. It does get warm in the loft. Other than that everything was great!!

Home for two weeks

This beautiful property was our home away from home for two weeks. It is walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort, and it’s beautiful beaches, and restaurants. It has access to two pools, and a tennis court. The condo itself is on the upper level, clean and very well maintained. The lanai looks out toward one of the pools and many palm trees. Opening the front door & sliding door to the lanai allows for beautiful trade winds which blow daily.It has two bedrooms: First bedroom is downstairs with a bathroom and tub / shower. Second bedroom is upstairs which overlooks the living room, with two beds and its own bathroom with shower. Our young adult daughter really enjoyed having her own space. There is a washer and dryer which is an absolute positive. We used them everyday. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, full size fridge / freezer, microwave, electric stove top and oven. The owner was very quick to respond whenever we needed to contact. It has a parking space close by which is nice. There are quite a few stairs to access the condo, so keep that in mind. It was never a problem for us, but it might be for others who need a lower level accommodation. We definitely recommend this place!
