Owners need a to add some love to this one!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This is a great home with a wonderful open floor plan. With two dining tables - it's nice that you can have one covered with games, and still have an open one to eat at! That said, there are a few issues...These are issues that the owner should address. The entry area is in need of a table- a landing spot for purses, keys, etc. The home does not have adequate dishes - there are few (if any) wine glasses, and there is no variety to the sizes of bowls (cereal/soup/snack) - just one size. Decor updates are really needed. The bathrooms all have the same cheap "live/laugh/love" thin rug/mat. The wall hangings in the kitchen and main living area give off Ross-Dress-For-Less vibes, rather than an outdoorsy lodgy feel. TV could use surround sound system, or something to enhance music listening. The hot-tub area has zero hooks or spots to hang your towel. In the summer, that's probably not an issue - but in the winter, it's a real problem. The refrigerator in the kitchen has literally ONE ice-cube tray. There are a total of three fridges for this home that sleeps like 18 people, and ONE ice-cube tray. That main fridge also has missing deli drawer LID, and should be fixed or replaced. The dishwasher racks are also total garbage, making it difficult to load - as racks that hold the plates all fall over. When I come to a luxury vacation home, I don't want cheap or broken appliances. With a little bit of attention to the details and cosmetic upgrades and appliance replacements - this home is truly a gem for a large group.
