Newly renovated. Bring your family to relax and enjoy the beach with peace of mind. Tastefully decorated with tile floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen -- granite countertops, stainless steel appliances -- with everything you need! The two bathrooms contain vanities with granite countertops. The master bath is equipped with an oversized walk-in shower for added convenience. The guest bedroom contains both double and twin platform beds. Smart TVs in the main living space and both bedrooms. Wi-fi is available free of charge.

Our building is equipped with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, WiFi café, jogging track and workout facility. Enjoy this, and everything else HH Resorts has to offer; including, our gated property with 24 hour security, two restaurants, six lighted tennis courts, indoor pool, two outdoor pools and shuttle service to our nearly private beach! It was really easy to check in. They were quick to get back to us about a second parking pass. The condo was really clean. They also provided some water & snacks. Super smooth stay!

Easy to find, clean, accessible, cute and fun! Upon check in we had a little mishap but Shea quickly rectified the problem. Other than that, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Loved all the pools and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

When we got there, the floors were super gritty and sandy. Good amount of towels and linens for 4 people. Communication from host was great. Dishes had spots on them and were wet in the cabinet. The water in the fridge and complimentary snacks were nice.

Great stay. Nice boardwalk to the beach. Very firm mattress in master bed. Great kitchen. The entrance door to the apartment opens to the indoor pool and walking track in the common area. Great for kids.

Aside from NOT having bugs, the place itself was not very clean. The location was great, but really HH has a lot of great spots. This was my first time and last time using Vrbo. Had I just gotten a hotel, at least I could have went and spoke to someone, face to face in real life about my concerns. The dishes were not cleaned and had a bad odor coming from the cabinet. The couch had a bad smell and the toilet in the first bathroom was NOT clean. The over all building was falling apart too.

The property had a lot of things to do. Easy access to the beach from the board walk and our room felt like home away from home. I highly recommend this stay.

Pleasant Stay with Teens

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. It is great if you have kids or teenagers, as it looks directly down onto the indoor pool. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with a scenic view from the room, it may not fit the bill. The walk to the beach was reasonable and enjoyable - a lot of scenery along the boardwalk!

Amazing property!!!!

We really enjoyed our most recent stay at this property. The cleanliness, space, and the amenities were terrific! I highly recommend this property if you would like to relax in a modern up to date space. Your stay at this property will lave you in aww. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable! Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful time and the communication with the owners was wonderful. We used the beach wagon and chairs from storage. I would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location

Unit 3122 is the perfect location in the resort. It is located right in front of the indoor pool which is super convenient for my family. The condo itself was very clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you need.

Vacation

We loved the location of this condo. It was a short walk to the beach. It has pools for the kids to play in with a restraunt and bar. We will be back again next year.

Birthday Weekend

The condo looked just like the pictures advertised. It was everything I could hope for and more. We really enjoyed our stay and I loved the easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back!

Great location. The property was fine. Not a lot of bells and whistles and not very cozy. Uncomfortable bed. Decent for the money. We would’ve appreciated supplies for the beach, a full length mirror.

Centrally located

The owners were very quick to respond to questions. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed using the tennis court and beach. The people at the entrance gate were always friendly. Overall we would rent again.

Perfect New Years Getaway!

I had a blast bringing in the New Year in Hilton Head! The building as well as the unit is exactly as described. The unit was also clean and well equipped with the essentials and amenities. Lastly, communication with the owner and the properties staff was a pleasure. We traveled to Savannah, walked River Street and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I will definitely be back again!

Great resort wonderful staff

The unit was as described my family and I had a great week at the resort and coco’s on the beach. The cleaning staff could use to pay a bit more attention to detail as far as cleaning under furniture and windowsills however the unit was visually clean everywhere else just needed more precise cleaning done. I would stay in the unit again and recommend to any family or friends. The owners answered all of our questions promptly and were great to deal with.

Neat little place

Nice remodeled unit. Pretty sure everything in there is brand new. I would definitely stay there again. Two things to note: there is No washer/dryer in the unit (there is a laundry room on a different floor). So bring plenty of towels/washcloths. Also the wagon for pulling stuff to the beach has seen better days. The kids nicknamed it "Crusty Rusty". It still worked great.
