Please note, max occupancy is 13 guests (Max 10 adults). There is parking for up to 3 standard size vehicles.
We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement for their reservation.
We’re excited to share that we’re currently adding a brand-new pool to the property! Construction is underway in the backyard, so there may be some temporary activity and limited access to that area during your stay. We’ve adjusted our pricing to reflect this while the improvements are being completed. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll come back and enjoy the upgraded outdoor space once the pool is finished!

This house is the perfect size for the extended family with 5 bedrooms. We enjoyed all the beach amenities and the comfortable spaces. Property Management was very attentive and communicative.

Last minute booking

After our accommodation was cancelled 5 days prior to our arrival, we scrambled for somewhere to stay. This home ticked all the boxes except for water views. It was however a quick walk to the golf course from where we could see the ocean, coast, mountains and sunset.the home itself was very new, with things being delivered whilst we were there. The rooms were thoughtfully fitted out and tastefully decorated, supplying all amenities needed. The home is located in a lovely neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay

Our family of 13 gathered in Kauai for our yearly reunion. This home was very clean and beautiful! It was above and beyond our expectations! The kitchen was well equipped with two refrigerators and many extra appliances. Our shared living spaces were spacious and comfortable. This property fulfilled all of our needs. Our host Brett was very attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the two surfboards, boogie boards and snorkeling gear for our daily beach excursions. We also had fun playing ping pong. We enjoyed many meals on the upstairs deck surrounded by the jungle-like backyard. We loved the close proximity to beaches, shops and most of our planned activities. We all wish we could return to this property every year;)

Beautiful home that was well equipped and conveniently located within Princeville. This was the perfect home for 3 families/3 generations, with enough room to spread out. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy for breakfast in and packing lunches for the beach. Plenty of beach equipment which made beach days a breeze. Would happily stay here again in the future!
