With the added convenience of a two-car carport, your stay is hassle-free from the moment you arrive. Whether you're here for city adventures or a peaceful escape, our home is the ideal place to unwind and make lasting memories.

Here is a walkthrough of our home:

- As you enter the home, to the left you will find the spacious dining and living areas.
- This area is open concept with 2 dining areas and 1 living area.
- The two dining areas will seat a total of 14 guests.
- The living room features a Smart Roku TV.
- Going through the living room will lead you to our well equipped kitchen.
- Past the kitchen is our laundry room.

- Backing up a little bit to the entrance of the home again.
- Straight ahead from the front door is our first bedroom. It has 2 twin xl bunk beds.
- This bedroom has 2 doors, so you can go through this room and enter a hallway that leads to the guest bathroom, 2 other bedrooms and back into the living and dining area.
- The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom 2 & 3 both have queen beds and Smart Roku TVs.
- Bedroom #2 has an exterior door that leads to the backyard and Bedroom #3 has a walkthrough door that leads back to the kitchen hallway.
- Connecting the Kitchen and Bedroom #3, is the hallway that also leads to another exterior backyard door and winds to the left where you'll find the master bedroom (Bedroom #4)
- The master bedroom is quite spacious. There is a queen bed, a twin xl bunk bed, a sleeper sofa and dedicated work space- with plenty of room to spare! It also features a smart TV and a generously sized closet.
- The master bedroom also has a bathroom attached which includes a shower.

- The backyard has many features to it.
- First, directly out the backdoor is an outdoor fireplace and small seating area.
- Further in the backyard, on a small deck is a patio table with seating for 6. We've included a string of patio lights to help set the mood in the evenings for relaxation.
- There is a gate in the backyard here that leads to the 2-vehicle carport.
- Walking across the carport you'll find another backyard. This area is fenced and perfect for your furry friends and is also partitioned with another fence and gate if you want to separate pets from one another.

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 P.M. The door code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. If you've made a same day booking after 4:00 P.M., please allow for at least one hour between booking and arrival time for our lock system to sync with your guest specific code.

PARKING: Parking directly in front of the house is not allowed, as it is a no-parking zone with limited space. If you'd like to park in front, you will need to park across the street. However, there is ample street parking along the side of the house since it is a corner lot. Additionally, guests have access to a covered two-car carport located on the side of the house for convenient parking.

LOCKS: Whenever you leave the property, simply press the lock icon button. Listen for the door to latch and test it to make sure it is secure. THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.

DEPARTURE: There is a $50 charge for leaving the premises unsecured.
Your departure will be at 11:00 AM on your checkout date.

OTHER EXTERIOR DOORS: There is no keys provided for the other exterior doors, but you will need to lock it from the inside before leaving.

TV: The living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms feature a smart TV. You're welcome to access your personal subscription services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, and others. Just remember to sign out of your accounts before checkout to ensure the privacy of your subscriptions for future guests.

SMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.

PETS: For approved pets, there is a $50 pet fee that covers up to 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs). 2 pets are the limit. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee per unapproved animal.

EVENTS: Events are allowed, but only up to the maximum occupancy of the property (15 people). Any more than that is considered a "party". No parties allowed. Parties are defined by whether you have more occupants than the maximum occupancy of the property (15 people) and if the cleaners come to a trashed place. Parties will incur a $650 fee. (Communicate with the Host to confirm more definitive terms.) Please be respectful of our neighbors concerning noise levels, especially after 10pm.

CLEANING FEES FOR LONGER STAYS: Stays over 14 days require mid-stay cleaning. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon checkout. The cleanings cost $165.67 MIDSTAY CLEANINGS ARE CHARGED SEPARATELY

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: We strive to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for all our guests. To ensure that each stay meets our high standards, we have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance schedule that must be followed between reservations. For this reason, late check-outs are not permitted and early check-ins are rarely available. Our team works hard to prepare the property thoroughly, ensuring it is cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Allowing extra time for this process helps us maintain the comfort and quality you expect. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning your arrival and departure times accordingly. Guests who do not checkout by the scheduled checkout time will be subject to a $60 penalty. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a smooth experience for all guests.
