Beautiful townhouse with gulf and beach views from your balcony! Beach is just steps from the townhouse!No busy street to cross and townhouse is located in the west end of the complex by the beach away from the street! Newly renovated with new king size beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms, all new linens, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a meal if you decide to dine in. Fresh paint, carpet and tile. Two full baths one downstairs and the one upstairs which have been completely redone. New windows and brand new ac/heat unit. Full size washer and dryer. Loft area includes new pull out couch with a memory foam mattress topper, flat screen tv, board games & playing cards for the young and the adults...Great area for the kids! All you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys and an umbrella! Walking distance to a great sandwich shop, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream shops and bars!

Just another day in Paradise! 3

We've been staying in Indian Rocks for the past 6 years & this has been our favorite place yet! Beautiful property, never crowded, ocean views all day, and just STEPS to the white sand! See you again next year!

Our absolute favorite place to stay!! Super clean, all the amenities (including best stocked high quality beach gear), and can’t beat proximity to the beach. The owners have always been fantastic communicators and if any issue arises they are on top of problem solving. If you want comfort, convenience, and beautiful gulf beaches, this is your place. If you want a fun day trip, head up to Tarpon Springs. Great pizza? NY style at Pajanos. Ice Cream? Tropical Ice Cream and Coffee. Manatees visited a few days, typically see dolphins, and epic sunsets.

Ocean view spectacular!

What a beautiful property just steps from the ocean. Ocean view from your balcony. Extremely clean and well kept. Appliances all new. Hostess was easy to contact and accommodating. Plenty of good restaurants to walk to or a short Uber. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Four 50 girls trip

Condo is beautiful and is exactly as pictured. Leanna is very accommodating and quick to respond if you should have any questions or concerns. There are plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and a beach cart to get everything you need to the beach, which is only about 50 steps from your front door and the pool is right next to the condo. The beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a rental. The bathrooms are updated and very clean. Water pressure is amazing. Beach and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your stay. I highly recommend staying at Leanne’s condo. We will definitely come back!

April 2024 vaca with Family

The property was well-kept, new carpet and appliances along with other recent work making feel new inside. All that we needed right there for a great beach vacation. Clean and well-equipped We highly recommend this property.

Pleasant and satisfying experience

Very nice property on the beach with a wonderful view of the gulf and a comfortable balcony. Property was very clean, comfortable/y furnished, and well appointed; had everthing we needed for our stay The owner was very easy to work with, responsive and helpful. There are several restaurants within walking distance, which we appreciated. All in all a very an excellent experience.

Amazing

We had the best time staying at this condo!! The location was prefect to the beach with amazing views. We also loved the comfort in knowing it was a gated facility. Communication with the Owner was Top Notch as well. We will definitely be back.

Great place!

We had a great week staying here! Clean, spacious, and as advertised! Leanne was easy and prompt with communication! Tons of beach toys for our kiddos and can’t beat the short walk to the beach! Our first visit to Indian Rocks was wonderful thanks to Leanne and her family’s beautiful home! Thank you!

Summer vacation

This is a spacious, clean modern condo. Close to everything including the water. Our favorite! All of the necessities are well thought out which makes your stay feel like home. Great communication with owner. Would highly recommend!

A dream

This property is even better in person. Its a dream. Beautiful sunset veiws. Amazing supplies for the beach and everything you could need in the kitchen They have seriously thought of everything. The beds are really comfortable! I can't say enough good things about this place. We had plans to explore the area but we loved the place so much we just stayed there the whole time. Leanne and Micheal were both so kind and helpful. This is a 10 out of 10. Book it you wont regret it!

Absolutely wonderful

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable. Communication was awesome even when I couldn't figure out the remote 🤣. Beautiful beach. The only downside for me..maybe not for others is you can't turn the air down under 70. Not that I need it at 65 but a nice 68 would of been good. Woke up and it 71° inside. Other than a definite 5 star rating!

Simply Phenomenal!

This is our 3rd time vacationing in IRB! We have stayed other places but this one is most amazing! The ad is exactly as the townhome is! It was clean, comfortable, close to all of the things-within walking distance-and super close to the beach (like steps)! We had not even been there for 24 hours and we booked again for 2024! The owners were fast to responding to messages throughout the process and even messaged us right after a hurricane was to hit just to let us know there was no damage! She is so caring and considerate. If you are on the fence about a unit, pick this one! You will not regret it!

Beautiful Townhome!

We were guests at this Seaside Villas townhome from 4/27/13 - 5/4/13. What a wonderful property! As the property description states, it is a totally renovated with wonderful amenities. Beautifully decorated and exceedingly comfortable. You literally don't need to take anything with you but your bathing suit! There are beach umbrellas, chairs, and beachtowels and you have all the comforts of home. Just steps to the beach and you can also enjoy the heated pool. There are many wonderful restaurants that we visited and some within walking distance. Coffee on the lanai in the morning and a glass of wine to watch the sunset made for a perfect day. We loved our time there and hope to return next year! Maybe sooner!

Awesome!!!

Where to begin in describing this incredible property? We have stayed in many wonderful VRBOs around the world, and this condo was the best yet! It is obviously professionally decorated - such a calm and beachy vibe, and the cleanest property we have ever seen. I have the privilege of traveling to world-class resorts as part of my job, and this property compared favorably to all the 5-star resorts I've visited. The location just cannot be matched for a relaxing vacation. Less than 100 steps from the door to the sand (I counted!) Everything needed for the beach was provided, including chairs, beach towels, and a great beach wagon to carry everything. There are many terrific restaurants within walking distance (we especially liked The Kooky Coconut and Keegan's Seafood Grille). The check-in process was super-easy, and check-out was equally so. We cannot say enough good things about this property, and definitely plan to return in the future. If you are looking for the best place in Indian Rocks Beach, stop now and book this one!!!

We loved it!

This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks; we’ve been going to Madeira Beach for over 30 years. What a difference a few miles makes – we loved how much quieter Indian Rocks is, the water is also much clearer up here! We really enjoyed your beautiful townhouse. It was peaceful, perfect location and had everything inside that we needed. We were close to many restaurants and even walked to Crabby Bills one night instead of having to deal with parking. It was also very safe. I could leave my things at the pool and run inside without ever having to worry. We enjoyed many walked on the beach and even got to see the dolphins playing out front. We were fortunate to have perfect weather this week, probably some of the best weather I’ve ever had on any vacation. The outdoor storage closet surprised me with the amount of items in there that we could use. If you’re on the fence about booking here, don’t hesitate, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Rent it! You'll be glad you did.

My husband, two-year old daughter, mother, and I recently enjoyed a week of vacation in this beautiful townhome. First, the owner was a pleasure to work with. She called me directly because I had a few quirky questions, and emailed me much helpful information such as what starter supplies were available and directions from the airport. As for the townhome, I thought the pictures looked great, but - wow! - did it look nice in person. It was clean and comfortable with well-done and maintained renovations. I appreciated all of the open shelves on which to set our things in the kitchen, bathrooms, and closets. While we did minimal cooking, the kitchen was stocked with a lot of great kitchen tools and appliances. I was able to fit a Graco pack-n-play between the wall and the bed in the second bedroom. The wifi connection was fast! The townhome is in a quiet residential area, away from the commercialized beach areas to the north and south. The unit is adjacent to the pool, which was only frequented by a handful of people at one time. The several times that we used the pool, we were the only ones there. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. The unit has great chairs, lots of sand toys, beach towels, and umbrellas. There is a handy shower at the edge of the parking lot by the beach and a hose at the parking spaces of the unit. There was a helpful binder in the kitchen with information about local eateries, etc. We enjoyed the Kooky Coconut for ice cream and sandwiches, Guppy's for some fresh seafood and steak, and Lighthouse Donuts - all within walking distance. While a bit farther, we also walked to the city park, which was fun. There are also fun things to do that are a short drive away, like Gators Parasailing in Madeira Beach and Pier 60 in Clearwater. Lisa's Cafe in Madeira Beach was a great place to eat for celebrating our anniversary. Thank you for sharing your townhome with us!

This home was amazing! We stayed with four adults and two children, and we had plenty of room. It was perfect for our family. There was a pool and very close to the beach. There was also everything you could possibly need for the beach will definitely be returning.

Our family had a wonderful time. The property was very clean, had everything we needed for the beach. This was wonderful. The villa was stocked with everything we needed to make a meal. Loved that we were able to walk a few steps to the beach. Lot’s of good restaurants and ice cream.

We live in Florida but have always wanted a vacation home at the beach! We prefer the Florida Gulf Coast because of the atmosphere and great long days with beautiful sunsets! We have thoroughly enjoyed our years of renting our townhouse to people from all over! We have met thru phone, email and in person such wonderful people! Not to mention the great care they have taken of our place! We look forward to meeting many more and providing people with a place where they can create wonderful memories year after year with their family and friends! It truly has been a pleasure!

We have always loved Indian Rocks Beach and have vacationed here often when we found this property it met all our wants...beach right outside our door no roads to cross for our child, heated pool, balcony with beautiful views and walking distance to everything especially the nightly ice cream run! We love the townhouse space of this property compared to the numerous condos we looked at. We instantly fell in love with it and saw the wonderful potential of renovation with it's large bedrooms, separation of living space; you feel like you are in a home not condo. We had rented many beach places that were not kept up to date; our goal when we renovated our property was to have our guests not only love the beach but love where they stayed. We wanted them to leave thinking of when they would be back to stay!

We have many return guests our goal is to maintain a clean, well stocked, cared for home for them to return to. We love to hear the comments from our returning guests in that they notice the little things we do to keep our townhouse up to date and functioning at 100%.
