Welcome to The Coastal Connection! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, relaxation and making memories! This is a spacious 2 bedroom/ 2-bathroom home with a fenced in backyard, large family room and sunroom! King size bed in the primary bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. This home is located a half mile to the beach, shops, restaurants and historical points of interest! Come stay awhile and make great memories at "The Coastal Connection"!
The Space:
Welcome to the Coastal Connection!
We’re so glad you’re here! This is our home away from home, and we’re happy to share it with others looking to relax and enjoy some time by the coast. Our goal has been to create a comfortable, welcoming space, and we hope you make wonderful memories during your stay.
We’re also happy to welcome your furry friend! We do ask that dogs not be allowed on our sofa - or other furniture - to help keep the space fresh and clean for all our guests.
If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, or if you notice something important missing, please reach out. We’d truly appreciate the opportunity to make it right during your stay, rather than learning about it in a review later. Your comfort and experience mean a lot to us!

The Neighborhood:
648 Cummings Lane is the ideal location on St. Simons Island, offering easy access to everything you need for an unforgettable experience! Situated on the island's south end, this property is just a short walk to the iconic St. Simons Pier Village, the island's vibrant downtown hub. The Pier Village is a favorite destination for shopping, dining, and socializing, with the beautiful St. Simons Lighthouse, the picturesque playground, and picnic areas just steps away.
From here, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and Jekyll Island. Neptune Park is nearby, featuring an oceanfront pool, playground, miniature golf course, and a shaded picnic area. Other nearby attractions include a fishing pier, the public library, and a historic theater. With so much to explore, you'll find fantastic restaurants and shops at every turn.
For added convenience, there are walking paths that lead to all these attractions, and you can easily rent bikes or golf carts to enhance your island experience. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled adventure, 648 Cummings Lane offers the perfect base for your St. Simons Island stay!
Other Things to Note:
This home/property is in walking distance to the beach, pier village and lighthouse! The beach is approximately a 13 minute walk by taking the sidewalk on Demere Road to the right from Cummings Lane straight ahead to the public beach access point.
To get to the Village, Pier and Lighthouse take the sidewalk on Demere Road to the right from Cummings Lane straight ahead down to Ocean Blvd and go right straight ahead to the Pier, Lighthouse and Village area at the Ocean Blvd and Mallory St. crossing at the 4 way stop light and go left straight ahead. You will run right into the Pier, Village and lighthouse!
